Quiet and easy

There was hair on the floor when we arrived - the room was clean but vacuuming could have been more thorough.

Location entrance are was dark and unsafe loads of vagrants with access to the entrance. Unsafe scary and deplorable entrance

This place is so good I decided staying an extra night. Room is wonderful and very comfy. You also have access to laundry and a gym. Views were incredible

It's a little pricy.

Space! Comfort! This place is amazing. Large comfortable bed, great bathroom, very complete kitchenette, excellent location in downtown.

they ask me for a £100 deposit, besides the fee of the room. It has been a week and it has not been returned

No parking and the tv always switched off automatically. Maybe because of the remote from the other unit

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Very central to the shopping centre and Christmas market.

Everything, spotless well equipped kitchen, no street noise, superior room darkening drapes. Laundry facilities were also spotless and worked well and at reasonable price.Located next to the Bullring, Moor Street Station, the open air market and so much more.Short walk to New Street Station and The Metro. Bus stops to almost anywhere in front of the property.

Room was quite dark this time and the mirror was on a strange place . Breakfast , I feel, is expensive for what you get.

Million dollars location, close to everything you need in the City centre. Perfect location with no but. Staffs are wonderful, very helpfuls and welcoming, in particular a gentlement and a lady from european origin, my absent minded did not remember their names, they deserve a high bonus this year for great attitudes to customers and make customers feel welcoming and at home.

Location is outstanding, near Shopping center

No room cleaning, only once a week

It was in a great location near to the bus and train station and generally in the middle of everything. When we walked in, we were treated warmly and everything seemed very easy and efficient. It looks like some people are there for longer stays, so they had some opportunities to participate in things posted and I appreciated that. Overall, I really liked the vibe and service provided at the hotel - top notch

In the photo of my booking, there was a couch and a bed, so I thought I was getting a room with both. However, that was not accurate at all. It was quite a small room actually. The bed is a Murphy bed, so you get a couch or a bed. Not both. And I didn't really try to figure it out since we were just there one day, but I was unclear how to make it into a couch if I wanted that.

Great location, great room, friendly staff

Everything, it's clean the staff is super helpful, got a store that's a 1 minute walk from the building which is very convenient. Water is clean and the pressure in the showers is excellent

Nothing that I could think of really

The location of this hotel is right in the center of time, 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the coach station. The staff are reallllllly helpful, especially Linda, who helped tremendously during our stay. We were in Birmingham for a friendship reunion with children also and Linda gave us pointers, helped us settle in, and allowed us to use the lounge for our family game time. The hotel is very clean, it has everything to make your stay very comfortable even if you come with children.Overall, a 10/10 stay, and I will definitely be back. I was also happy to learn that Aparthotel has other branches which I will definitely visit.

Very good facilities and only 5 mins walk from centre of Birmingham.

Just the road it is on off the main a little dark.

The location is great, and the room was clean and spacious. I want to give a special shoutout to Omer from the reception for making us feel very welcome and assisting us throughout our stay!
