Lost 2 diamond rings because of a broke cleaner couldn’t afford her own so she pocketed my stuff lol

check in could be at 1 pm instead of 3 pm

Worst hotel I have ever been too.

The beds were uncomfortable. The room beds were dirty. You can hear the people next door. On top of that, the charge you two pounds for a can of water. Unbelievable!

close to where we worked

bedsheets had dirt, sink was tiny and had foul smell, facilities were cheap and no effort put in, paper cups given as toothbrush holders, shampoo conditioner hand wash was all in one which didn’t make sense and was cheap considering how much we paid for two nights. sink also took long to drain

Room very clean & staff are very caring.

Climate control unit in room is awful, made room very uncomfortable as stuffy & did not get good night of rest due to this wont be staying here again & also parking charge not made clear when booking.

Didn't have chance to review as the booking was cancelled on the morning I was due to stay because the hotel was closing for 12 months - a bit of notice would've been helpful! I received nothing from the hotel or booking.com before this and the hotel had been booked for over a month. I was then forced to scramble around last minute to find another place to stay - fortunately I was able to but other people in a similar situation may not have been so lucky.

cobwebs in room & corridors. bathroom smelt of urine, Fusty damp smell in room (ground floor), carpet not hoovered,

Basic hygiene standards wasn't met There was human hair all over the bathroom all over the bedroom although the sheets had been washed there was still stains on them very Offputting For the hotel staff are very pleasant and helpfull but the cleaners are clearly not doing there job

The hotel was very close to where I needed to be. The hotel had good facilities and a nice bar and seating area. The room was clean and the POD idea for the bathroom is a good one. The shower was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little hard and not as comfy as I would have liked. Didn't like paying for parking, it should be free if you are staying as a guest. The TV could have been bigger. Premier Inn provide these things better than Ibis

Really nothing

It was easy to park at and wasn't too far from the high street.

The bathroom was a bit odd. Being a small wet room more than a bathroom. The lift was slow and wasn't clear if it was actually coming up/down to you. There was only one spare pillow in a double room, makes sense to put two.

Poor

I arrived early and asked to enter if this was possible. They asked me for an additional amount. I did not pay. I went to work. When I came back and checked in, I found the bed dirty as in the attached photos. I called the reception and they offered to change the room. When the electric heater was turned on, unfortunately, it was full of dirt. The place is bad. There are no stores near it, except for McDonald's. I think the workers need some courses.

Clean room

The abrupt manner of the nighttime security guard and the way he treated us upon return. Having stayed at an ibis before I was surprised to be greeted so abruptly which made us wonder what sort of trouble you have to deal with. There did seem to be an awful lot of loud guests in rooms which hampered our nights sleep. We won't be choosing this location again.
