- The hotel was not clean at all, looked like they have not painted the room for years, the walls were dirty and marked, curtains sofas and carpet was very dirty. Duvet was dirty. The staff was all Asians and not very helpful.

Nothing. I could not stay for fear of getting sick or bitten by spider. no air condition or some form of temperature control in the room.Poor is an understatement.
Yes, Their is no lift. Floor dirty, Duvet Stain and dirty, The cover does not fit the Duvet. Spider running in the room. What is meant to be an overhead TV is in the way to get to the wardrobe and I am only 5'-6" and is an attic room.Worst Experience
this hotel should not be 4 star at all. 2 at most.
