Pros +
- The bed. The mattress was wonderful. Had a great nights sleep. Continental breakfast included was wonderful.
- Spacious room. Nicely set out. Nice bathroom. Felt nice and relaxed in the room.
- Smooth check in, exactly what we needed for the night before a flight.
Cons -
- Not overly easy to find. The postcode is a generic NEC postcode and this needs to be addressed. Either a separate postcode or directions when booking. Also, no vegan options that I could see in the menu?
- The route from the train station is a little confusing, but fine once you know the way.
