Cleanliness. Dan made us feel very welcome.

Didn't realise it was a robes or nothing hotel. I refused to strip off and walk around in a robe to sit with other people with no clothes on. I'm sorry it's not my thing. So I stayed in my room.

This was my first time at a naturist resort, and I really didn't know what to expect. I know it won't be my last time as I found this place, and my experience such an amazing experience which I would like to repeat for the rest of my life. The staff and hotel have special qualities and is well run and very professional. Please give it a go as you will not regret it and will return many times as I will do.Well done to Tim and the whole team.Thank you all

    Everything

People staying in whirlpool very long to chat outloud preventing other guests to enjoy it.

All the staff are really welcoming and friendly, especially Lisa. Such a relaxed and chilled vibe. Even the other guests were really nice. The spa facilities are fantastic and the garden is insanely beautiful. We can't wait to visit again

The pillows on the luxury king-size bed were tiny

Very helpful and friendly staff, all areas were clean and well looked after good food and reasonably priced

nothing not to like about this hotel, Steam room was out of action but was working as expected

Very noisy as next to a busy main road and room was really hot. Breakfast was good but missing sausages. Be informed about this being a naturist hotel and you'll be fine. Was on a work visit and didn't know this when I booked. Staff were really helpful and made the whole situation more relaxed.

    Aircon missing.

The spa facilities and everything really. We didn't spend much time in the room . Breakfast was good value for money

The member of staff who could see I was shaken and tried to make me feel better.

I didn't realise it was a naturist hotel. I feel I should have been warned at least on the bookin.com website. I felt very awkward from the minute I arrived and there was a nudist magazine in my room. At breakfast I felt terrible and very shaken.

    Staff were nice

This is a hotel for naturists. The view from my room which was a small double (really only fit for one person) was a garden of naked people! This was not clear when booking . Ok if you want that but not for me ! Make it clearer.

My parents didn’t stay long enough to find out but the staff were friendly

I looked up hotel by address as wanted to be near friend to surprise her so didn’t research just seen how close it was to my parents friends

Booked on behalf of a family friend at the last minute due to missing his admission time at a previously booked hotel. It was very late so understandable there wasn't anyone at reception. However, someone eventually heard the door and confirmed the reservation.

Only that there wasn't any response for about five minutes but ahain I understand it was very late - early hours of the morning.

Interesting to discover the nudist side of the hotel as I hadn't read the small print! Lovely friendly staff, nice outdoor tub, good room and delicious breakfast

    8ViviennePosted on: 3-14-2023

    The meals were tasty.

The cost for breakfast could have been explained better. It felt like we were being steamrolled into paying for the most expensive breakfast & when we mentioned it later we were told that we didn't have to eat all of it. No offer of a refund for the larger breakfast to be replaced for a smaller one. We also believe that we were over charged for our drinks. We had one bottle & one glass of wine, but were charged for two bottles of wine. Also, we were charged for three bottles of beer & we only had two.

did not realize until arrival that this is a facility for Naturists. We are not, stayed in our room

nice and quiet. staff helpful. loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

    9MarkPosted on: 8-9-2022

Very clean throughout. Good facilities. Staff so friendly and helpful. Good selection of food and drinks available

Only issue was slippy floor in the sauna/steam room area. Could do with non slip tile replacement.
