I travelled with my team, they really enjoyed the breakfast and the beds were very comfy.

the air con dripped all night which I complained to reception asked to move but they said they were full, the carpet was soaked by the door. the traffic noise from the road was unacceptable

The lift is so so noisy and we could not sleep at all. it clearly has not been serviced and is a hazard. We were eventually moved into a different room at 2am.

we had an alarm in the morning about 5 am and lady from reception let us stay longer for check out to get more sleep after breakfast which was great especially the weather wanst great on that day

The location was useful as our visit was to attend a funeral. We were upgraded to a family room.

The room, 512, was noisy all night due to equipment/machinery running. When I mentioned this to reception as we checked out, they kindly refunded our parking fee as a good will gesture. The smell of food being cooked in rooms was a little strong as well. We were upgraded to a family room with a sofa bed but we couldn't use the sofa as it was damp from being steam cleaned.

Parking was great, room was big enough, breakfast was lovely, bathroom was clean and good size shower. Check in/out was great with the staff.

Air con didn't work but a heater was provided. Had to ring reception to get a replacement kettle as it didn't work and I wanted a cuppa. Mattress topper made the bed feel lumpy so I didn't get a great night's sleep.Could have done with more choice of hot food ie hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes.

we had a great stay here , there was 6 of us and a baby, we had a 2 night stay with breakfast each morning and dinner one evening. the facilities were lovely and rooms were very clean and comfortable. we were very impressed with the staff and their hospitality and friendly attitude towards us . helping us with all our questions and everything. they were lovely and friendly to my little nephew!

It was wonderful , I am disabled and the staff were very helpful and cheerful , nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were lovely , clean and breakfast was excellent. Id stay again in a heartbeat

The staff were helpful and polite, the breakfast was average. The shower room was great. However, the water flow was very poor. The TV remote stopped working, we had to change channels manually. Overall not worth the money.

Housekeeping...shower gel was empty. Sunday morning using the gents in the breakfast found the toilet seat had dried faeces on it and the cubicle floor was wet. Had been ticked as checked that morning but was overdue for a second check.Early hours confusion when another guest set off the fire alarm smoking didn't help but was no fault of the hotel. Struggled to get room warm. Finally for all the spotlights in the room there was no light in the dark corner you set aside for the hair dryer and it was impossible to see what you were doing.
