Excellent location, 45 minute walk into Bath city centre, lots of parking, very welcoming staff. Our bedroom was much larger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. We ate in the main restaurant for dinner and the quality of food was great, service excellent. Finally a brilliant choice of food at breakfast, overall everything you need from a hotel!

The rooms, the ambience, the staff, and the attention to personalised detailes were all amazing. The bed and pillows were also up there.

The lights in our room where a bit of a puzzle to figure out. We got there in the end, but would have liked not to spend our time chaising the lights.

Short stay really lovely hotel, plenty of parking. Reception staff were really attentive

Excellent front of house in Lauren who helped arrange everything. Lovely 3 course dinner and room an excellent size. Perfect location to explore Bath.

It is on the pricier side, but this was a birthday treat

There were extensive gardens surrounding the hotel which made it very attractive. The beds were very comfortable. Food, breakfast and dinner were excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful.Also it was a short taxi ride to the centre of Bath. Very convenient.

I felt that when we arrived the room was chilly. I decided to contact reception to ask about the heating and someone came straightaway and offered us a portable heater or the possibility of changing rooms. The heater was very efficient. The room was very comfortable and warm.

Beautiful hotel, staff were incredibly friendly but professional. Food exceptional and rooms large and spotlessly clean. We were there for my Mum's 80th Birthday and the staff were amazing before and during the celebrations. We were bowled over by the professionalism of the staff and how special they made the weekend for all 11 of us. Hotel is simply beautiful, so clean and tasteful. Just couldnt fault any of it.

There was nothing we didnt like

Super breakfast. Room was spacious and quiet with lovely view of trees. Fresh milk was provided for tea and coffee! Staff were absolutely lovely.

The ONLY thing that wasn't great was that when we got to our room it was occupied! Key mix up. However they were very apologetic and they sorted it right away, and luckily the people in the first room were in the shower so didn't realise we'd briefly entered!

The location was perfect and very close to the centre. The rooms felt luxurious, and if I were to come back to Bath, I would come back here. Additionally, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It was entirely clear how to connect to the Wi-Fi. There were instructions in the room, but I think these might be outdated. After speaking with the staff, however, it was all sorted.

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff. Room was nice lots of space and very clear. The shower was great. Breakfast was very well done again with lovely staff.

Nothing everything was just right.

Beautiful setting and grand frontage

The rooms are in a new annex quite separate from the Georgian frontage

Beautiful and reasonably priced hotel in good location not too far from city centre, decent sized room which was clean with good facilities and very friendly staff. Parking and breakfast included in price was a bonus as a rare find for the price in Bath.

I have stayed at Bailbrook House Hotel Bath on many occasions , surrounded by beautiful gardens in a very tranquil setting . I like the location and it is very easy to get into central Bath from the hotel . The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable and always clean .

There is absolutely nothing to dislike .

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they seemed to genuinely enjoy talking to the guests. The food in the bar was excellent and good value. Breakfast was good with quality hot food md lovely fresh fruit and pastries. Beds were comfy.

The standard rooms are very dark and dingy on the ground floor. On arrival it was very cold but this was quickly sorted. After another issue with the bath not draining we were moved and upgraded to an executive room on the first floor which was much better, light bright and more what I was expecting for the price and brand.

My room/bed was freezing on the 1st night. Heat comes thru an air con type blower and it had been off for days probably.Dinner expensive. One main course, I glass wine, 1 coffee £45

Response of staff when we said heating wasn't working was outstanding, rectified within 15 minutes (blocked filter).Room pleasant, comfortable, clean, spacious, nice.Gardens extensive and beautiful.Breakfast food and service supurb.Reception helpful with information.Overall cannot fault it.
