Beautiful room (upgrade!) with ab extremely comfy bed and a huge bath. Bath salts gave it a bit of luxury. Everything was wonderfully appointed. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. It’s in a great location too, a few minutes walk from Pulteney Bridge. Will definitely recommend and return.
Beautiful rooms and location. Bar was so cosy and cocktails were great. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. Excellent value.
Staff were fantastic. We were given a complementary upgrade and fizz as it was our 10 year anniversary, they made the trip very special. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated.
Luxurious all the way... Everything from the greeting by amazing staff, the upgrade, the rooms the pantry!! everything was perfect thank you
It was all perfect
Amazing location on Great Pulteney St, in the heart of 7 dials filming territory or Bridgerton. Wonderful building which has been sympathetically restored whilst keeping the essence of a Georgian town house.
We loved the unique touches in the room like the charming dolls house and the old fashioned record player which we played a lot. The breakfast options were exceptional. And every staff member we met from the front desk, bar to the breakfast room were always cheerful and very helpful. They made us feel very welcome
We liked it all!
Great location. Staff were friendly. Pantry is a nice touch. Spa treatment excellent. Tasty breakfast.
Decor of the room, to me it just seemed half decorated and not at all luxurious , heating was either on full or off. Expensive . So almost everything was great apart from the actual room.
Excellent hotel in a great location with lovely rooms and complimentary snacks available. The room was very toasty warm, even on the lowest radiator setting. We therefore had to play around a little to get the right temperature.
The staff, the room, breakfast at the bar and the pantry.
The hotel was fabulous and staff were super helpful and friendly. We loved the complimentary snack room where you could get foc sweets, soft drinks, fruit and ice cream. Parking was a bonus. The room was beautiful and the bath and bed very luxurious. Loved the dyson hairdryer, vinyl player and old style radio. The decor is quirky and modern with a vintage twist. Loved it!!
The room was very cute, with lots of antique touches (i.e. antique radio and record player). Everything was very clean, and the bed was nice and big. They even included a dog bed, bowls, treats, poop bags, and a new toy for our dog! The bar was also very nice and had great cocktails and appetizers. The staff was very friendly, and the free pantry snacks was a nice touch. The location was excellent, just past Pulteney Bridge. It was very lovely decorated for Christmas as well. We'd love to come back!
The room was a bit small / crowded, and there was a slight lump in the middle in the bed, but it didn't really bother us.
Very quirky and nicely presented. Everywhere smelt amazing Reception staff - wonderful
Very thin walls, very creaky floorboards, noisy lift. I was located directly next to another guest in rooms 1 & 2 and you can hear absolutely everything. Chandlers need a good clean - lots of cobwebs Limescale on shower head and mould on shower tray Pantry is a fantastic idea - however it looked like it had been ransacked when I visited so didn’t manage to have anything.
amazing boutique hotel close walking distance to the centre staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were very comfortable
The location was very good. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent and my husband had a very good cooked vegan breakfast.
It was a pity there weren’t more parking spaces. However we knew at time of booking it might be a problem.
Great location
Very noisy room, and breakfast was not good enough considering the price.
The hotel was absolutely stunning. On arrival the hotel entrance was decorated beautifully for christmas and made it feel so cosy. The rooms were clean and tidy and had a home from home feel. The pantry was a nice treat filled with lots of goodies.
The only downside was the room lacked sound proofing was quite noisy as we had the room on the ground floor just off from reception so could hear people coming and going late at night and early in the morning, you could also hear the tv from the room above.
Attention to detail , delightful staff members , uniquely decorated and lovely unusual things in and around the room and property, definitely recommend
