Pros +
- Location, tidy comfortable room, nice boutique decor
- Clean, comfortable, excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Charming and lots of character in the property. Ideal base for exploring Bath. Easy to get to with nearby parking in large council car park available
- Loved the location and separate adjoining room for our daughter. Staff friendly the following morning as we checked out
Cons -
- Expensive parking, quite small bed, slightly cramped
- Not an issue for us, but there are a lot of steps so access could potentially be an issue for some guests
- As we arrived late we had to let ourselves in via a side door. First impressions were of the stair well which looked tired and in need of some TLC. However once inside the room the decor was in much better condition. Room above kept us awake.

Very nicely decorated and great location.
Very busy and seemed disorganised at breakfast.
Our 2nd time staying in Harrington’s. We love the location of this quirky hotel. Across the street from the Raven pub. Deelish brekkie and friendly staff.
Right in the centre, very comfortable beds, lovely staff who were really helpful
Super cozy, beautiful room. It was very comfortable for our long weekend stay with our dog.
The friendly staff. The location. The continental breakfast, excellent selection.
Wonky bed head that didn't go across both single beds. Obviously, this is normally a double toom.Hand soap didn't work and looked grubby. Noise from room above,

Location
Room , we were given the attic which was very small for the price .The windows didn’t close properly so very cold especially in bathroom.
Central location near park and ride bus stop, theatre, restaurants & pubs.Very nice small hotel.Very good decor.Good bed & shower.Decent size room.
Nothing.No lift.
It was nicely decorated
The room was very small. There weee no hanger for the coat and no capsule for the coffee machine. If you put bathrobes and ear plugs you should do better
Boutique hotel, tastefully decorated throughout, excellent value. Friendly and efficient staff. Great location in central Bath. Lovely room and facilities. Nice continental breakfast with cooked breakfast available at extra cost if wanted. Will definitely be staying again.

Only the coffee, too weak and too long a pull. We do like a strong morning cup!Nothing else to report.
