The staff is so friendly

The room is late to clean up so when I go in the room is 7pm and the room is for the disabled person. I am quite small so the toilet is too high for me and after I take a bath, all the water comes out of the room.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The bar area was also comfortable and a relaxed spot to take a bit of time out from walking round the beautiful city. The pool and changing rooms were great.

The pool was aa little crowded in our slot.

The property was centrally located. The rooms had good services, kettles, iron, ironing board, water etcthe bed was super comfy a good night sleep.

We were on the 4th floor (top) there was a constant hum for air condition units on the roof, which made it difficult to sleep. We were given an accessible rooms which was damaged (door frames and units).The room could have done with a through clean, hairs in bathroom and on desk.

Nice room and breakfast was very nice

My son and I enjoyed the pool but the chlorine was so strong my eyes and face were burning Also we didn’t sleep first night as we had allergic reaction to feather pillows and bedding

Could hear the door slamming from the other rooms and the Noise came from the corridor

Hotel was closed to cantal,bus, train was 9mins way from hotel.I love to stay Apex hotel again .Staff was very friendly and helpful Great hotel to stay.

Bed was very comfortable.Bath room was clean.

A nice clean hotel with polite staff

It’s unfortunate that there’s no hotel parking but I guess this is common of inner city hotels and not directly aimed at the hotel

Staff where really friendly, room was clean and looked amazing, general vibes from the hotel was good, bar was also really nice, gym facilities was good

No late room service, but staff helped us order something from a local take away

Always super clean and well kept. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was comfortable and the facilities are great.

Our bed wasn’t made up very well. I had to re-tuck the bed sheet as it wasn’t attached. I believe there was supposed to be robes in the room (which we’ve had on every visit) but no robes this time which was disappointing.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel, clean and many facility’s. Lovely food. Staff were lovely.

The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable—making it the perfect retreat after a long day. We loved the location, lots to do around us

You had to pre book an hours slot for the swimming pool which we weren’t aware of. We arrived on a Saturday and it was fully booked for the whole weekend.

It was lovely hotel staff lovely spa facilities was nice ! , nothing we didn’t like ! Location perfect !

The hotel is very well situated. Everything was spotless. Had the best nights sleeps, bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visited Bath again would definitely book here without a doubt and would highly recommend it. Due to my positive experience I’m looking at booking the Apex in Edinburgh, I just hope it lives up to the expectations set by the Apex in Bath.

The Reception staff and all other staff were lovely and helpful.

Whilst the bedroom had a window, you couldn't open it therefore you were relying on air con and heating, some fresh air via an opening window would have been better.
