Pros +
- Staff were nice and the breakfast was really good!
- Beautiful views!
Cons -
- Did not like the layout of the hotel. Had to carry suitcases through several stairs. People were talking outside late at night near my room and it was too loud. Rooms were really cold as the heater was not working. Had to ask for a portable heater.
- Breakfast was a rip-off - they didn't tell us that it wasn't included and then charged us... Staff were not very helpful.

Important info
The hotel is a very popular venue for weddings and events over the weekends and occasional weekdays and has music until late that may affect some of our guest rooms. During such events the public bars and other public areas may become busy. If you are with us for multiple nights we would not usually service your room during your stay, however we can on request. Please let us know on check-in if you would like your room to be serviced during each day of your stay. The guestrooms are located over three floors without elevator access, only a limited number of ground-floor rooms are available. Due to the original architecture of the Georgian period property all floors have varying levels and do require some access via steps. Assistance is always readily available. Should you have any concerns please contact the hotel for further information. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
