Nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast was excellent.

The restricted access to the spa without paying a fee when you have already paid a premium rate for staying in a spa hotel was annoying. ("free" access was only available between 8am to 10am and 7pm to 9pm)

I stayed at the three bed town house. It was nice and spacious however it’s like a 3 minute walk from the actual hotel.

Far from the actual hotel so can’t access spa facilities.Stayed for 3 days and all spa facilities were taken.No parking and received 6 tickets in 3 days

The room was great, very clean, with a generous shower room. The included use of the hotel spa for a few hours morning and evening was much appreciated. The location is excellent if you arrive by public transport (Bath has a clean air zone , meaning daily charges for many drivers, and the hotel doesn't have a car park, though there is limited street parking, and some paid carparks).

Lifts rattled a bit, and as I'm not a fan of confined spaces, I used the stairs.

Great facilities, nice spa

Requested fresh fruit on arrival through booking.com which didn’t materialise. Only one lift working and the one that worked made noises. Holding fee of £50 on arrival which wasn’t mentioned prior to arrival or when booking.At checkout an extra service fee for the stay of £9.75 was requested which you had to opt out not to pay. Again, that was not specified during the booking process or prior to arrival.

Bar area is disappointing and parking is away from hotel - Bath is absolutely and resolutely anti-car making it difficult to get thru.

The Spa was excellent. The location was perfect.

The breakfast was not worth the price we paid. I would recommend not to purchase the "included breakfast."

The location is great and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were friendly and seemed geniunely keen to make your stay pleasant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

The spa was super busy during the hotel usage times. Our room was noisy from road traffic until very late. The parking was expensive and there was nowhere available to unload outside the hotel when we arrived.

Posh, hotel. Lavish spa experience. Lovely staff. Opt out for the breakfast. It was too expensive for what was offered. I asked for sparkling water and they charged me an additional fee. I would stay here again but I would opt out for the breakfast.

I was woken by the extractor fan going in the bathroom & the bin men outside . Would change location of room next time . Apart from that our stay was perfect .

Beautiful Hotel in set in a fantastic location.

Checking in time is far too late for the price you pay. It starts to become an inconvenience. Considering we also paid for spa treatments which meant our luggage was not in our room.

The parking is very expensive considering the quality of the car park.

Incredibly good hotel overall. The location is excellent, just next to most of the Bath points of interest. Their famouls baths are just across the street! Spa is exceptionally good, with various zones. Best way to go is about it is, however, to purchase a treatment and then visit during daytime. Otherwise, they offer a complimentary time in the morning and in the evening, but it's a bit overcrowded in that case. The restaurant is great, breakfast is great, rooms are excellent. Really, great experience. Unfortunately, they do not allow to take phones to the spa so there's no way to share the photos.

It’s a spa hotel but as paying guests there are restrictions on use of the spa facilities you can use the spa facilities between 8-10 am or 7-9 pm or pay £70 each for unlimited access
