The Bird, Bath with on-site parking

Location is perfect. A ten minute easy walk and you are in the centre. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is lovely and clean and warm

The room was a bit smaller than we thought. Also there was some kind of fan noise coming from the walls. It was a bit loud, in our opinion.

Gorgeous quirky hotel… we stayed in a king deluxe with a jacuzzi. The whole hotel is stunning and the staff are great. Loved the little extras like a pantry to help yourself to treats and drinks! Also loved little cakes and drinks given as you check out! Breakfast was excellent. Parking on site is really good.

Our room was next to the restaurant, downstairs and we were surprised that there weren’t really any windows in the room, there was sky light and room was still lovely. Gorgeous fluffy towels but no robes in the room.

Tiny boring dated bedroom and mold on the silicone in the bathroom.

Great location really close to the roman baths. When we got there we realised the pillows and duvet were feathers which we are both allergic to, we called down to reception and the woman on duty brought us some new pillows and a duvet and took the feather ones away. They also have a complimentary sweet stand with a drink fridge at the bottom of the stairs. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Being charged for parking at checkout, having not been told at check in. Room was quite small, but very comfortable.

The Bird Bath is very beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in staff was fantastic. The rooms were very beautiful and peaceful. We slept extremely well and the shower, wow. Just amazing.

The parking is a bit of a challenge and a bit pricey. Maybe the two go hand in hand.

Room was a little tired, especially the bathroom which had a chipped basin and loose toilet roll holder.

Really lovely hotel. The staff were exceptional! The location was ideal as it's right downtown but a short walk away from the busyness of the Christmas Market. Lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes on your doorstep, without having to go right into the market area

The restaurant and bar were closed for an event, which was a bit disappointing and it was really quite expensive!

It’s a beautiful hotel with really interesting features and beautiful decor inside

Our room was a little noisy as it was above a disco for a Christmas party on both nights day
