Pros +
- Wonderful layout of our suite, wonderful area, lots of charm.
- The location. Clean and tidy. Nice and spacious room, comfortable bed.
- Location:The hotel is very close to the city centre, only about a 10-minute walk. It’s also very convenient for the train station, which made travelling in and out extremely easy.Room:The room had excellent soundproofing, which is quite rare in the UK. I couldn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms, so I was able to rest very comfortably.
Cons -
- The road was so noisy all night and realised that the window was actually open slightly at the top but couldn't reach to the very top to close it, so not a great night's sleep in all. Husbands 40th birthday and was offered prosecco upon arrival to make it special and that wasnt received so little bit upsetting.Room upstairs could hear footsteps alot as creaky floorboards which ahain affected sleep.
- The water pressure was a bit unstable. Sometimes the sink would suddenly spray water quite strongly, and during showers, the water would occasionally stop briefly. Other than that, everything else was great.
- The bed was not comfortable, my husband described it as sleeping on a concrete slab. A chair in the room would have been nice

Beautiful, great location. Breakfast was lovely, perfect to set you up for a day exploring

The room was lovely and quiet.
The fact that the toilet paper wasn't replaced, I had to buy my own, and the toilet kept getting blocked. Also the bathroom bin wasn't emptied for a day.
Room was cozy and nice, lovely decoration, nice bath
Great location, clean and comfortable, staff were all so helpful and friendly, special mention to Lakshay on the late shift, exceptional service thank you! Would recommend to anyone and will be returning.
The gentleman on reception on Sunday (15 Feb) at midday - apologies I have forgotten your name - was particularly helpful. He had our room prepared early as we had a newborn baby and gave us his own umbrella when the hotel’s spares had all been taken out. Thank you!
The interior design and decoration are extremely well done. The atmosphere is a lush blend of traditional and contemporary elements which play brilliantly with the old architecture. The room decor is exceptional with uncommonly excellent lighting from a variety of sources. The windows are huge and the view is pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and shower is excellent as well. The climate control is also lovely. My room was as warm and toasty as I could have wanted despite the near freezing temperatures and rain outside. The staff provided wonderful hospitality from my arrival to departure. The location is excellent. l really can’t speak more highly about the place. It was a delightful stay.
Accessible from Bath centre. Friendly staff and room was clean
Great location, just one minute from Pulteney Bridge and the city centre. But special thanks to Rajeev and Paulina, who made my stay wonderful, comfortable, and full of care!
On the downside, the first room I was given was a bit disappointing — located right under the roof, which meant a low ceiling (though with a great view). Fortunately, it was later changed to a wonderful, very beautiful, and comfortable room. The hotel itself is in a historic building, so these features come with the character of the place.
The high ceilings, chandeliers, clean and the staff were very accommodating
There should be a quiet time when customers should be very quiet from like 11pm - 8am.
Room was very well appointed, super comfy bed. Breakfast was freshly cooked, very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for spending time in central Bath.
I liked the decor, the location and the staff.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Beautiful building , decor and location. Staff professional and friendly
Room a little too warm
The staff were very friendly and the location is good - 5 min walk to the centre and just over Pulteney Bridge which is lovely.
The hotel is part of Radisson's Individuals collection and photos make it look very boutique but you can tell that it's a chain. There's a small reception area and bar (£££ but as you night expect from a hotel - a large G&T was £14) but then just an area with lots of tables and chairs - I think these are for breakfast (we didn't have) but it's quite soleless otherwise. Also, our room was in a separate building to reception. Not a great inconvenience but not ideal. The room itself was fine (again, a bit basic/soleless, especially compared to the photos) and only had a shower over the bath (and the water from both taps was hot).
It is a lovely Georgian house close to Pulteney Bridge. The staff are polite, friendly and happy to assist you. It is a wonderful place to stay, adding to your Bath experience
Location, quirkiness, comfy bed, good storage, excellent walk-in shower. Chandelier, decor and high ceilings all create a regency feel.
Bathroom not serviced during stay but towels changed if left on the floor. No workable hooks in bathroom. Limited staff presence not sure what it would be like if busy. Lax security, it seemed that anyone could walk in and get to the rooms. Reception often unmanned and no door access controls.
Good location
The room was very compact.I had to request that they turn the music down from the bar, which they did.
Nice clean comfortable room in Bath centre.
For what we paid the room was ideal
