We turned up late looking homeless, in scruffy clothes and exhausted due to spending the day at ARI with our family member, no judgement given, just sympathy.

Bacon needed to be a bit more crispy.

Room was very clean, staff were welcoming, the facilities are amazing! Heated seats in the swimming pool area, decor in there brings a lot of zen. Will definitely be booking again.

The location, isn’t too much around BUT if you’re going to just chill and escape for the night, it is perfect.

Room was nice and clean nice sized room. Spa facilities where great.

Shower wasn’t warm enough. Then the fire alarm went off in the morning we didn’t any notice to tell us that was going to happen so we had a bit of a fright. Price was a bit excessive just because there was a gig at the P&J live.

    7SamPosted on: 2-16-2026

    Nice clean

Was fully booked so resulting in not being able to use the sauna pool etc

    4TomPosted on: 2-16-2026

The staff were friendly. Rooms were brilliant. Executive lounge was nice and the spa was nice too.

The breakfast was stone cold and rubbery. The noise in the hallway was loud from a customer who had music blaring and a strong smell of cannabis. But inside our room, it was silent.

Clean and very comfortable Staff lovely Great location for venuePool great

Found food and drinks overpriced Didn’t enjoy the liquor coffee,

    7NataliePosted on: 2-11-2026

I liked the leisure facilities but they were really busy and staff could have checked toilet roll etc more frequently

Long wait for service at the bar and restaurant. Cocktails didn’t meet the description

    8KarenPosted on: 2-9-2026

    Good location, comfortable beds.

Had to pay extra for parking which I wasn't aware of.

    6DavidPosted on: 2-9-2026

Location was perfect for us attending a concert. Spa facilities were great.

Breakfast was poor and not much of selection. We ordered room service which never arrived.

    10MargaretPosted on: 2-9-2026

Spa, next to concert venue, meal was nice and bar

    10ThomasPosted on: 2-9-2026

Whirlpool very hot and soothing on my disability joints and muscles, absolutely loved my initial feeling when you enter pool area from the corridor of disabled room, subdued lighting, pool lit from inside the water, it's fantastic, gives the impression of swimming at night, I loved it. Buffet breakfast Sunday was nice, Monday was not so good with most things dry and rubbery probably a bit hit and miss. The coffee machine area needs to be moved around the corner or changed. The queue for coffee machine blocks the queue for food one needs to change the other side has toast cooking so one of these two positions coffees or toast area needs changing to cut down on confusion. Maybe a member of staff could help expedite this until planning better thought out as it's a bottle neck situation.

Swim times for kids are limited, with preset times in and around meal times making it awkward. More thought on when kids eat could be helpful. Qr code menu needs to include sandwiches it doesn't, Sandwiches are available to order you just can't choose them as online menu differs from TV menu , although you can order by phone your still left with paying manually which is like shopping for same item twice, i.t. needs to update this whole process. We stayed at two hotels in Aberdeen and both didn't have YouTube, maybe that's a hotel thing I'm not sure, also the TV blocks Miracast meaning we can't listen to our own music when attending pj live concert it would have been nice to see our videos on full screen.

Very welcoming staff, very comfortable and absolutely gorgeous

Toilet in my room felt like it was going to come off the wall when I sat on it

    Staff, location, facilities

Great hotel all round, no dislikes

    8JuliePosted on: 2-3-2026

Chosen for proximity to venue (P&J Live)

No complimentary biscuits or bottled water

    10LeePosted on: 1-29-2026

Great swimming pool and facilities. Overall a great hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Understaffed at a very busy time of year.

    7JohnPosted on: 1-26-2026

    Excellent location and modern.

Far too expensive all round. No biscuits/ snacks or extra milk in a room costing 170pounds. Food in bar was average but expensive, not worth the money. Beware they add the tip themselves for service which is average.

    10SamanthaPosted on: 1-26-2026

Loved the proximity to the P&J live, we stayed two nights and one of the nights we went to a gig. The spa facilities were lovely, we used these most days and found it to be clean and relaxing. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. We will definitely be back!!

The food wasn’t the best, I ordered a jerk pork tomahawk which was substituted for a loin and not reflected in my bill. Not a great location if you intend on going into the city but perfect for gigs etc.
