Staff very friendly, nice surrounding and room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection.

the staff were really nice and very helpful. The location was great for us as we went to an event close by. Very helpful with an issue i had. The bathroom was nice.
The room was called a "Suite". It had no windows apart from a broken stiff velux skylight. It felt clostrphobic and dark. The beds. Just terrible. The most important aspect of a hotel is comfort. We chose the hotel to have a better experience than a generic travelodge. The beds were that bad that we considered leaving at 2 a.m to go to the local Travelodge. The mattres on the main bed was a very used 6" with no support . The mattres on the pullout bed was literally an inch. Both were 3/4 size. The room was clean but dated and could have done with a lick of paint. Not worth £160 a night. Travelodge was £96 with proper sized beds and comfortable mattresses. That should tell you something as an owner. Invest in better beds, modernise the rooms and half your price. Then you may legitimately compete with Travelodge. Just my honest opinion and not personal to the owners as they were lovely people.
The staff and friendly and helpful, the food is good, the bar is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
No everything was good.
Nice quirky room! We had a suite. Everthing we needed!
Not the property’s fault but very thin walls. Heard the man snoring in the room next to us and in the opposite room girls chatting late at night but nothing major!
Love this hotel. Stayed a number of times and rooms are comfortable, food is great, bar nice but geezo..drinks are ridiculously expensive. Great for staying overnight after a concert at the P&J. 2 minutes from venue
No pool and spa!
The location of the property was ideal for us. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Loved the lounge and it was a nice breakfast including fish which many places do not offer.
The room we had was a bit dated and a slightly bigger shower would have been better.
Friendly, helpful staff.High standard of decor and cleanliness in the room.Comfy bed.Relaxing bar
Evening meal in the restaurant wasn't wonderful: both main courses were a little unexciting.
The room, the breakfast, and especially the staff, were excellent.
Lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable with very friendly staff. Perfect location for the P & J Live centre - just a 5-10 min walk away.
We decided to eat in the restaurant and it was absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond when I had said I was fussy and didnt like anything in the pudding. I got a pudding I did like. The staff were very friendly also.
Rooms were a bit basic but for the price it was absolutely fine. If your looking for something a bit more upmarket they also have other rooms.
Easy and pleasant check in and out. Warm and comfortable in all areas with easy control of room temperature. Great in -room refreshments. Quiet surroundings. Great breakfast choices & service.
All very good
The staff were helpful, providing a bath mat and offering to change room with a shower rather than a bath. All the staff were efficient and friendly, the room was clean and most of the dinner was well cooked and well served. I would stay again and recommend the hotel to others.
From our welcome to departure the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with good choices. The Lounge bar and dining room are very comfortable.
The front bedrooms can be noisy due to carpark and early mornings flights from the airport. This could be sorted with triple glazing. The decoration of corridors requires attention.
Food was good.Lounge area was goodStaff were good
Bed was not the best as very hardNew mattress required
a very nice breakfast and very nice staff. easy parking. we liked our funky bathroom it looked brand new.
being under a flight path without my ear bud in... my fault. its only 6 minutes from airport so what did i expect
Staff very friendly. Restaurant fully booked for dinner on arrival so best to book in advance if planning on eating. We never had breakfast, wanted a lie in as attending late night concert. Got a just eat delivery after midnight, reception staff phoned room when it had arrived. A great location for P&J venue. On site parking.
Bed pretty small, a bit noisy from air crafts being so close to airport. Check out was 12noon, we were just leaving room when the phone rang at 11:55am to ask if we were checking out. Thought this was a bit prompt. No ice bucket in bar, had to bring ice in a glass jug to room which didn’t last long before melting.
The location was perfect as we were attending an event at P&J Live which is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, as are the bedrooms and breakfast was excellent. This is our second time staying and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
We have stayed several times when going to gigs at P&J, great location.
We were in a suite this time as we had our grandson with us. Unfortunately the double bed was incredibly uncomfortable and as main bed was upstairs its wasn’t great for using the bathroom overnight. Decor in room was a bit grubby and shower tiles had soap marks on them. Room was very warm but bathroom was very cold. The shower itself was excellent. We were unable to get a dinner booking before the gig but that’s probably our own fault for not booking in time.
