Aberdeen Airport Dyce Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Location and price

The sure hotel cancelled on me as they chose emigates over local

Really comfortable bed, huge TV, great shower and pet friendly.

Room was too warm, but it was possible to open the window and there were electric fans at each side of the bed.

The fact that i had booked the wrong hotel and the staff were very accommodating and very helpful to rearrange a new booking for me. Well done to all the staff there

Close to train station and heliport

The room was very hot

Good

The room was far too hot, couldn't open the windows. The fan provided some cool air but didn't have a comfortable night sleep.

the bed

the bath towel had makeup on it and the bathroom bin had not been emptied. also the plastic mug that you wash your mouth out with had been used . when I told the reception the receptionist said that the room had been checked twice so it must have been ok!!! indicating I was telling lies!!! why would I mention what was wrong with the room if it had been ok???

perfect location as I was travelling offshore the next day, all the staff were very helpful and very polite to all guests I. the hotel whilst I was staying

location for work

bar/food finished at 22:00

Staff & food where very good.

I didnt like the £5 parking charge to park at the hotel, which i thing is unfair because you have already paid to stay & it is not mentioned on the booking.

Evening meal was a very good portion & very good value for money.

The room was very warm although the heating seemed to be off, a good fan was provided in the room.

very clean, spacious room, very quiet at night, freindly staff in fact they had breakfast and fresh coffee available before 5am... decent coffee too

Very reasonably priced. Lovely hotel & super friendly, helpful staff.

Very busy carpark.

Was good location

Poor value for money breakfast waa mediocre

Staff were excellent and the room was bigger than expected . Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is dated but it was what we expected.

Staff so welcoming and friendly our stay started off great and only got better. On the app you can bid on an upgrade if one is available for your dates for a fraction of the cost which is a great idea. Car parking is available on site. We booked 2 rooms both were huge, spotlessly clean and had all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. We had a suite which was huge with a separate living area and comfy Super king bed. The bar area has a snooker table in it, although closed at 10pm it was made available to residents. Great Location, we were going to P&J Live which is only a 20minute walk away, also convenient to a Tesco Metro and Greggs, if required. It was Dads 50th Birthday and the hotel went above and beyond. The hotel put birthday banners on the door and in the room with a birthday card, which we did not expect and this made our trip extra special. A Massive Thank You to all Staff involved, you helped make this a birthday he will not forget. Will not hesitate to rebook if we are in Aberdeen again, Highly Recommend.

Wish it was for longer, as we have NO complaints about anything.

nicely refurbished room. comfortable bed and large TV with usual array of Hotel channels available. Check in was easy and arranged courtesy taxi to heliport for me which was fantastic

comfortable beds good food

the heating was on full blast and it was far to hot

Disappointing

Taps leaked poor shower overall bathroom was poor. Poorly lit room only two down lights dark and dingy as a room overall. I

The welcome and the staff generally were so friendly helpful attentive it was appreciated whilst travelling alone coming in from the cold

Loved all of it
