Lovely property, very functional

Room could of been stocked better as it was self catering but some items were not there and some were dirty

Dirty not clean rooms. Switched me to another. Sheets stained on that room after dirty room.

The room was spacious and comfortable!

Breakfast - poor selection & not replenish quick enough for such a busy morning! Sausages were raw in the middle and when raised to one of the staff, was told 'its cooked as we cook it in a machine, if your not happy with it just get a new one'

The staff were fabulous, helpful and so understanding, our dog was unwell and having seizures. They went above and beyond to help and support us.

Great location I’m centre of Aberdeen, clean and often with very handy small kitchen area. Staff super helpful and friendly

The staff were superb and really made our stay lovely.Breakfast was really good.

The room smelt of curry, which we thought would go away after a day but didn't and there were other small things which weren't quite right. But overall a great place to stay.

Was modern, rooms were clean and beds were comfy and the staff were great had everything you needed

Staff are always helpful. We arrived early and hotel was happy to take our cases whilst we went shopping

Queue at breakfast, quite a wait for an average buffet. Room wasn't the cleanest. Found cobwebs.

Everything from start to finish staff was exceptional especially dimetre? I think assistant manager he went out of his way far and beyond thank you so much.

Nothing everything was excellent if I had to chose one thing it was bar was closed later and could not get a drink from bar. But that’s maybe common practice in hotels nowadays so I couldn’t fault it. It wouldn’t stop me from staying again. If you really wanted you were not far from bars to go back out to.

Allowed early check-in which was really appreciated. The room was excellent and high spec although the view wasnt great of the awful building opposite. Friendly helpful staff

Staff were lovely, room very clean and spacious. Loved the studio room with the kitchenette. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. We arrived at a peak time for breakfast but did not have long to wait, staff were very accommodating.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Very clean room. Excellent facilities in the room. Location of hotel is great for easy access to city centre.

No provision for dinner. Guest had to go out of the hotel for both lunch and dinner especially when weather is poor. Also, the TV remote was functioning well.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff from pre-stay phone enquiry right through my stay. Quiet room, very comfortable bed, nice layout of room, good shower, complimentary water. Umbrellas on loan came in handy. Great location in walking distance to everything, and while very central still so quiet. Macky’s Scottish ice cream parlour next door highly recommended.

Small things (but small things matter at a high end place). Breakfast was perfectly okay (nice fresh croissants) but not outstanding. Fruit salad looked a bit loveless. Nutella and vegan spread would have been nice touches. With regards to plastic waste, while there were less single-use buffet items, there were still some. And I’d have appreciated a dish sponge and washing up liquid in the room, for one plate and knife I didn’t run the dishwasher.
