Very uncomfortable bed ....

All round very good, clean hotel. Plenty of space in the bedroom. Desk and chair very good to work at. Good wi-fi. Nice quiet room. Good location. Nice new towels and toiletries. Didn't use the bar or dining area but all looked very nice.

Staff were great, I messed up with my credit card and the staff resolved the issue straight away.

Food choices weren't great. I think this hotel is geared up for one night stays rather than longer stays. Car parking is a major issue here, no where near enough spaces available.

It was located well for my needs

The food selection was extremely poor. A hotel of this standard should have more than pizza available to eat on an evening. I won't be returning because of this

Room had everything that you could need

The fact that you cannot guarantee a car parking space. I arrived late in the evening and there were no car spaces in the designated car park. Staff were not helpful about what to do.

The property is nice and clean and staff are nice and friendly and also helpful.

It could do with an improvement on the very limited menu. Not only is it limited but most of what is offered is not for the average consumer or child friendly.

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful, check in and out was straightforward. The room was fabulous, comfortable beds, no matress toppers, cool, clean, lovely fresh shower room!

I am not away from home very often, but when I am, I expect a human being to greet me, take me to a table in the restaurant, bring me a menu and take food order from me and drink orders etc, clear dishes away when finished, certainly not going on to an app to order food. Breakfast where you get absolutely everything yourself, while a lady is trying to close a partition to shut you out was pathetic. Hot food sitting on a shelf, not being kept warm, nothing covered up, anyone could have caughed, sneezed over food items!

Difficulty in car parking. Hotel car park used by off shore workers to park while at work, this leaves fewer places for people staying for short term.

was in a non-accessible twin room with 1x wheelchair user. his wide wheelchair fit in the room no problem. doors were more than wide enough. staff where excellent and friendly too.

A bit to far away from airport, all right to walk in fine wheather pricier than other airport hotels and had to book a meal through an app which we didn’t do . We would have had something to eat if it had not been for that

The hotel is modern and clean .Great location to the airport. Breakfast offered a good selection. Staff were very friendly.
