The location is handy for leaving the city to the North or North West

A bit tired looking but this is reflected in the very reasonable room rate

Nice spacious rooms

Couldnt see an A ac unit in the room and it did get a bit hot which stopped me sleeping a bit, until I found the fan atleast

The reception staff were empathetic

Poor hygiene, malodour, moth eaten carpets

Great location and clean and comfortable

The size of the bedroom was excellent and the location was perfect for me

Only downside was the size of the bathroom it was pretty small otherwise it was OK.

Close to P& J Live but not in walking distance

Rooms were clean and warm, Staff very efficient and friendly, no hassle. A bit dated but price compensated that plus they are modernising currently.

I enjoyed my stay the previous year. Last year the staff were pleasant, the room was nice with a view and there was good entertainment.

This year the room decor was tired, food average and terrible service from staff and management. I’m 90 years old and I was asked to move tables 2-3 times at every breakfast and dinner to accommodate larger groups. This resulted in me falling on the 3rd day and an ambulance being called.

Decent sized room with comfortable beds and ample room to walk about. Coffee available in the room with milk and sugar

The food was really good, I’ve to been to some 4* hotels and the food wasn’t as good as it was here. The location is central to where I needed to be this is the second time this year I’ve used this hotel.

The thing that let it down for me was the staff not all the staff looked happy to be there we had interaction with around five different members of staff and only two of them were pleasant.
