The price was ok

Looked like an asylum hotel,Pretty grotty and old

The location was very good. The room was clean and comfortable

The shower wasn’t very good, a little less than adequate.

Close to the centre

Dirty rooms, cold, no heating, entrance had old food in the halls

Room was booked last minute as local buses had stopped running for the day due to snow and there was no way of getting home that night. Very grateful to find a decent hotel at such a good price in the centre of the city.

Cleanliness, noise and room in a state of disrepair

Location, parking, room comfortable and self check in excellent. Price reasonable

Dirty underwear left behind bathroom door by previous guest, poor water pressure in shower, noisy drainage system, being awarded late check out but cleaners still trying to come in room at 10am - surely late check out should be later?

The room was fine can’t expect much more for the price

Our booking was cancelled apparently, 3 days before we arrived even though we were still receiving sign in texts the day of arriving and booking.com still said there was a booking. I think what really happened is they gave our room to someone else. So we ended up in a much smaller room but it was cheaper so can’t complain I guess.

Nice location, central to union street

Bed wasn’t the comfiest, only one pillow each, room could have been doing with a paint a lot of stains on the walls, tv free view channels didn’t work, bedside light didn’t work. Wasn’t the cleanest.

The room and staff at front dest was the best thing about the stay and we payed for breakfast and the stuff refunded us so the said just have to wait and see

Me and husband left earlier that planed as we got kept up all night with doors banging and people in room next us through the wall shouting at 2.30am in morning so we werent happy about that i was it was a better experince but it wasnt and we payed for break fast that we didnt get

the only positive thing i can say about this hotel is the location. other than that it was a stay from a nightmare

mould all over the walls right next to the bed. entire room was on a slant. cheap furniture. tv didn’t work. paper thin walls. 1 pillow, springy mattress and thin duvet. rude staff. horrific stay

The bed and room were nice while the late checkin was nice.

When I tried to have a shower there was no hot water available, while there was no lift and you could hear other people coming in and out of their bedrooms especially at 4 am! The staff member i interacted wiht didnt have much to say

Frayed carpets and blood stains say no more left after 20 minutes wouldn’t have been able to sleep.

My original booking being cancelled then subsequently booking the hotel over again at extra cost. The hotel wasnt clean, its in serious need of repairs, security doors were never locked.

the bed was very dirty. When booking it looked very nice and clean. It was so dirty we could not stay at all. They didn't refund money or replied to my email. They didn't apologise for poor service,

The hotel saved us due to cancelled northlink. It had everything in the room we needed it was clean and the staff were polite

I unfortunately vape and my partner smokes. I didnt like going out the front of the hotel especially at night.

The location is ideal

Broken bathroom window, ripped duvet cover, the bed itself was ripped, the duvet was very thin ( and dirty looking) and only one pillow was supplied per person

The room was very spacious and clean

There was only 1 pillow but apart from that it was excellent

How close to the centre of the city it was

Unclean, bad parking, poorly laid out and falling apart
