The staff was most helpful from the front desk to the dining room and bar. Nice and quiet! Parking was convenient.

Lighting in our room was a little dim, maybe suggest putting some higher watt bulbs in. Also, the room was a little cool.

The location is excellent and close to my family as well as allowing me to walk about the city. The room was cost and warm and the dinners were delicious. The service and friendliness of all staff was outstanding.

The room was fine. The location is a little remote from restaurants, etc. The lounge was quite nice and the bar tenders were very friendly.

Needs to be upgraded, getting a bit tired looking. Tiny TVs in rooms. Why? So inexpensive to upgrade. No mini fridge in room - also a very inexpensive upgrade. Showers have impressive water pressure but every so often there is a pulse of extremely hot water which I think is dangerous. I have experienced this in more than one room.

Love the location and the building, really welcoming and professional service ? The room was clean and comfortable.

My only complaint was maybe the coffee for breakfast was pretty weak and not that hot.

Location was ideal….everywhere is walkable and the hotel is easily accessed. I loved the bar/restaurant. Food is always delicious, service outstanding and the staff are so friendly and always go out of their way to make our stay perfect.

The basement bedroom smelled musty and the beds were hard and pillows flat.

Boutique hotel with easy access to the city. Convenient parking bar and restaurant.

A little more choice for children and young guests on the breakfast menu... Pancakes etc would have been a good option

The hotel is warm and staff are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and dinners were delicious.

Loved the large bar/dining room where not just guests but locals used. We had some great conversations with some locals while having a pint.

Bed was pretty hard. Placing international travelers (with larger luggage) in a room where you had to go upstairs and over and down another flight of stairs to reach our room.

Only that you had to go up a flight of stairs and then down to get to the room. Old quirky building so not really a big deal. The staff made up for it.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. We are in the on-site restaurant and the food was delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable

Great hotel very central to Aberdeen. Food in the evening was great especially the sticky toffee pudding and staff very attentive. Breakfast was five star and again very impressed with the service and how staff interacted with customers. I would recommend a stay here.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, big bathroom, plenty of parking, good breakfast.

Room was okay

Lift only went to 1st Floor. Food in restaurant at night very disappointing. Chicken dry. Breakfast... wasn't told about buffet table. Orange juice was powdered not fresh orange. Sausages had tough skins, scrambled eggs not nice.
