Perfect location, so close to everything and lovely view of the harbour. Great soundproofing, can't hear any noise. Super friendly desk staff, loved speaking to themComfy and very clean!Great price

Bathroom was tiny. However, it was very modern and clean.

Breakfast. Limited selection. Mixed fruit was tinned not fresh.

Parking was super cheap compared to other places, $12, and literally right next door.

Google maps does you wrong trying to find the place and if you miss the turn, its like an 8 minute attempt to return.

I was greeted by friendly reception staff and was swiftly to my room. The location was excellent - one of the key reasons I picked the hotel. The room was fine, simple and clean, and with a comfortable bed.

The staff went out their way to make sure my little boy had a boat view from window to make it extra special for his birthday. Good sized room and clean

The room was cold. Even with the warm air-conditioning. The bathroom was very cold and for this reason I was happy that I spent only one night there.

Disappointing experience and even worse customer service.I ended up being charged for two rooms due to a duplicate booking situation. I’ll fully own that I had made an earlier booking directly and forgotten about it — however when I checked in and was told there were two reservations under my name, I immediately queried it and showed my confirmed booking. I was reassured by staff that it was likely a system glitch or another guest with a similar name, so the issue wasn’t pursued further at the time.Only later did two charges appear, making it clear what had happened.When I contacted the hotel to resolve this, there was no willingness to consider the circumstances or offer any goodwill gesture — even though:• The issue was raised at check-in• Breakfast included in the unused booking wasn’t taken• I was told the hotel was fully booked (as justification for refusing flexibility) by Helen, but later informed by another staff member that rooms were actually available so blatant liesI understand cancellation policies — this isn’t about avoiding responsibility — but customer service should include fairness, transparency, and consistency. Instead, the response felt dismissive and contradictory.A situation that could have been handled reasonably has left a very poor impression.

Good value, helpful and pleasant receptionist, good and interesting location. Room is a good size for one person, a bit 'tight' for two.
