Location. Nice bed
Needs refurbishing.
Lovely room wirh comfy bed. Really nicd friendly staff. Grear home cooked food
Usual wet cold weather in Aberdeen
The hotel was clean and located in a very cozy part of the city. Not busy at all or too far away. Staff were incredibly nice and you could tell that they loved their job. The hotel is on the older end, but it is very well maintained. If you are late to breakfast and want to sleep out a bit longer, they don't even mind serving your 'breakfast' at 2PM ;). Their food and drinks were also amazing. You can't go wrong with what's on the menu. When I come back to Aberdeen, I know exactly where I will stay again.
The sink in the bathroom was a bit small
Breakfast was good and location was good for what I needed.
My shower was not working
Just about everything friendly staff good food use this hotel every time.
Location was really handy for work in the morning and staff were very friendly.
Food was overpriced for what it was. Shower wasn't great and the breakfast was poor
Good location close to where we were working with staff being friendly and rooms clean and comfortable and plenty of on-site parking
I had visited the Pinehurst for meals when I was working, (prior to retirement), and always found it to be excellent. On this occasion I was visiting my daughter who lives in Dyce and thought I would book into the Pinehurst as I had not stayed there before. Over the years I have stayed in all of the hotels in the Dyce area and I can state unequivocally that the Pinehurst ranks among the best. Well done, I will definitely stay there again.
The only unfortunate thing was that neither of the side lights were working. (No bulbs in either), I highlighted this to the staff and although they were unable to help on the first night the bulbs were replaced on the second.
Great staff who couldn't do enough for us. Good facilities and nice breakfast.
Excellent location, friendly staff and the food in the restaurant was fantastic.
It was clean. .they gave us 3 uncooked tattie scones brekkie not even heat up wi bacon for Scottish brekkie. Someone needs telling them u need fry them. No orange juice left no mushrooms.. .... Staff not to nice especially older lady never smiled..... Worse book . Com I've been in.... Suppose it was cheap enough.... Stayed 3 nights never got clean cup or room service... Thought would of came in 2nd day....
Comfortable clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
We had a lovely stay in apartment 2. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms were warm and had everything we needed. Our meal.was excellent. All Staff were lovely too. 9 minute train ride from Aberdeen. Price for 3 nights was £226, BRIILLIANT
Nothing to complain about
Ambiance, smart TV, cleanliness and comfy large bed.
Washbasin was little too small.
Exceptionally comfortable, very clean and a generous sized room. The staff go out of their way to help you and are really friendly. Great food as well, all cooked on the premises.
The location was great super comfortable bed excellent hosts and fabulous breakfast will definitely recommend
The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great to have a separate lounge and kitchen from the bedroom. Our meal was good and breakfast fine. Nice and quiet over night
The wifi wasn't working in our apartment and nothing was done when we raised the issue. When travelling from overseas, we rely on wifi when away.
