Park Inn by Radisson Aberdeen

No phone charging plugs

Clean, comfortable and central.

Bar closed to residents after 11pm

Room was lovely and clean good view from the window and was a good calming atmosphere in the hotel.location is good and lots of things close to access. Staff were very friendly

Lack of drawers to put clothes in

Location, parking, nice atmosphere

Room was quite dark for getting dressed, make up and hair done early morning. Some more lighting by the full length mirror would have been great.

Good location. Staff were apologetic for the uncleaned room but couldn't offer an upgrade

Was allocated a room that had not been cleaned. There were fake eyelashes, juice bottles and dirty plates in the room on arrival. Asked for another room. It was average but 2 of the bedside lamps did not work so there was just a light at the doorway and bathroom.

Location and breakfast buffet

A cocktail in the bar was expensive and smaller than what you would get in other hotel bars

When asked for a change of mattress/room the staff obliged ery quickly

Mattress in first room was. very uncomfortable

Very clean and comfortable room and managed to get in to our room early which was good.

Was quite noisy as room was at front of hotel. Would have preferred room at back as asked for quiet room.

Excellent central location, easy to find from Aberdeen airport, competitively priced spacious room on the corner of the hotel, so windows/views on two sides, very comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff.

The weather!

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast

Slight noise through the night from outside! Ordered two coffees and £8 for two which was pricey!!

Clean bright spacious hotel.nice staff.

Tea and coffee need to be topped up. I needed to ask for some.had to ask for 2 more pillows.

Room size,beds

Bathroom and room was cold. Heater failed to work

Location for the town and where we had to go for our night out.

Chair in room was stained, also the bath robes were stuffed into the storage unit.

Location is central

Breakfast was not worth the £10 prepaid, & defo not £15 if selected on the day. Go over the road to The Justice Mill pub for a cracking £3-5 breakfast instead.

Nice hotel run by engaged staff. Everything went as planned. Will be back!

Haggis at breakfast!

Lovely lady at reception quickly helped sort my booking error. Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Cold room as heating not working, which we were not informed of. Oil-filled radiator provided but took hours to actually heat up the room. The corridor was warmer!Poor choice GF breakfast options.

Good

Tv not working - moved to another room - sink blocked

Friendly helpful staff. Good location

The only thing they could improve on was the shower

Breakfast was good. A typical buffet with extras. Parking had to be paid for but it was incredibly convenient.

Could have done with a fridge/mini bar.

Location

No fan in shower, and shower door leaked to floor
