Great location, clean.

Would have been nice if the coffee were free; the bed was a really really soft

Location was great.

I'm 73 with bad knees so the stairs and the inconvenience of not having a proper lobby and elevator made the stay awkward.

Nice property, comfortable rooms, good AC, staff was pretty friendly (during and before our stay when we had questions), super well located walking distance (3/4min) from Gran Via. We had a family room but were just a couple so was quite spacious. They had free water bottles as needed, which in summer was quite nice.

Location is terrific for staying in the main spot for the city's nightlife, but walking with suitcases was terrible. Finding the building was not easy as well. No easily seen signs. Would recommend, though.

Instructions were easy to follow. Finding the building was not. Safe street but smelling of urine all around. I went during gay pride festivities, though, so it was bound to be crazy nonetheless. Autocheck-in was great.

Perfect location. Everything is close by and very safe.

The rooms are a bit small, but they are comfy enough for a couple of nights.

I’ve been travelling for a few weeks around Europe and this accomodation overall is the best I have come across. Staff, Facilities, Location and Price were all outstanding - I will be booking again next time I am in Madrid!

The location was terrific...we were close to everything. The neighbourhood was a lively and friendly place. The hosts were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Parking space was not too far from the premises and was safe and secure. We would stay here again.

Not much of a view...but we expected that so all good.

Very centric yet very quiet to be able to sleep at night. Sara, the receptionist was very welcoming and nice. The beds were super comfy and you get free water and tea. The room with the balcony ws beautiful.

Very good, central location. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Special mention to the staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely be back here next time we visit Madrid! ❤️

Clean, comfortable bed, great shower, helpful kind staff, great location for Cheuca nightlife and within 20 mins walk of main sites of interest in Madrid and just 4-5 minutes walk to Gran Via

Staff very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located very central and in a very safe area, loved walking at night around without feeling I had to take care all the time.

The room was very small for the price we paid and they were all internal rooms so made it very dark. Since the room was very small it got very warm or very cold.

Overall, it was great and...

The room was clean and the towels were changed daily. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great. The cleaning crew made sure it was cleaned daily.

We could hear everything happening on the hallway and at reception and the room had obvious signs of wear such as staining on what seemed to be water leakage on the ceiling as well as peeling of the skirting board in certain corners.

The room was very clean, shower was very good. Very compact but sufficient for 2 nights.

At first the location was scary - it is a very old building in Centro and outside the building it was indicated it was a hostel as well as a hotel. The entrance was very dark until you knew where the lights were. It worked out great - the location was truly central and the staff was responsive. First glance was not good...
