- The staff was AMAZING! This is the best hostel I've ever stayed at. I don't know if any other hostel could top Hostel One Madrid. The was free breakfast & dinner. We went out every night. I made some amazing friendships. Such a good time.
- The hostel is super clean, and the rooms are comfy with spacious bunks including lights/plugs/curtains. The free breakfast/coffee every morning and tapas at night are great. The volunteers working at there are amazing as well and do a great job
- had an absolutely incredible stay at Onefam. The atmosphere is unmatched, but it’s the staff that truly makes this place special.Angel is a fantastic host—so welcoming and always making sure everyone feels included and at home.Roberta at the reception is a total Rockstar! She handles everything with such high energy and makes the check-in process feel like catching up with an old friend.Melissa is a wonderful tour guide. Her passion for the city is infectious, and she showed us spots we never would have found on our own.If you’re looking for a place with great vibes and even better people, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

- You can only stay for one week maximum. Would have loved t stay longer, but I will definitely be back to visit!!
- I booked a longer stay (one week) because I had such a good time in Barcelona Onefam for a similar timespan. But Onefam Madrid ended up being way different, it’s more independent and there’s not as many different activities besides going out at night. So I would keep this in mind when booking in case ur expecting something the same as Onefam in another city
- The location is just a bit further out from the central museum area, but if you're happy walking all day it's absolutely perfect

Well I booked before in many hotels in Spain , I think it's one of the best , there is free spaces , collaboration , friendship , helpful teams , clean everywhere , big kitchen where you can cook your own meal easily , breakfast for free and many activities feels like home , thank you
Location was great - lots of shopping and sights to see within a short walking distance. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful
The location is just a bit further out from the central museum area, but if you're happy walking all day it's absolutely perfect
The male receptionist in the morning helped me call a taxi when I was trying to find one for 15 minutes and kept failing. Thanks to his help I was able to make it on time to the airport. He was so kind and helpful.
We’ve stayed for just one night in Onefam Madrid, but we’re so glad we chose this place. The personel is amazing, the nicest we’ve ever experienced- big shout out to Duda who was so helpful and attentive
Location was great and staff super friendly and helpful. Got a lot of useful tips, especially where to find the best tortillas and they were right.
Only thing was that the first the water was cold when I went take a shower and they said there was hot water 24/7. Also one of the reasons that made me choose it was that they said in the booking they had elevator because was traveling with 2 suitcases and one of them was very heavy, but at the end it wasn’t working. Last thing was that they oversold the breakfast, but thankfully I had some protein snacks I got from the supermarket and it was enough for me.
Coralie, the receptionist was amazing anf helpful in many ways. She helped me make an appointment with a doctor online when I was sick and on pain. Thanks to her, I got prescription and was able to get the medicine when I really need it. Also, she helped me a lot when my train to Malaga was suddenly cancelled at night. Thanks to her consideration, I was able to modify my plan. I strongly recommend thus hostel.
One of the best I've been!Clean, friendly, great stuff, especially Coralie!
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in Europe
Facilities , clean, really good free food
Good location! Comfy beds
Elevator wasn’t working and I was on the 5th floor
Very helpful staff, who have us a lot of helpful info about the city. It was lovely to try a local dish during family dinner. It's been one of most welcoming experiences I've ever had while staying at a hostel. I would recommend this place especially to people who are open to meeting other young travellers, going out for drinks and socializing.
The bed was very squeaky but overall comfortable.
Friendly people, clean and comfortable bed with a curtain. Lots of events. Would come back :)
The hostel was amazing, everything was perfect. I especially liked:- the familylike atmosphere, you can easily get to know other people in the common area- the super friendly and welcoming employees, especially Eduarda and Coralie- the daily activities, from sightseeing tours and dinners together to pub crawls- everything was clean- the well-equipped kitchen- the location

The staff, specially Coralie, has been wonderful and helpful from beginning to end. The hostel also has different activities perfect for solo travelers! ❤️❤️❤️
Nice place to stay near to the Centre of Madrid. Very helpfull personel. Small but cosy rooms .
Everything was great. Especially the staff. I would like to thank OneFam and it's staff, especially Coralie for making me feel at home. 10/10 would stay again in Madrid.
Very friendly staff. ~3 minutes walk to the San Bernardo station. Privacy curtains are always appreciated. There seemed to be plenty of shared bathrooms as well if the en-suite was in use.
A bit pricey at least for when I stayed. Some maintenance touchups for the beds and bathrooms could be done.
Great location.
Staff didn’t have the right keys. Tried to open already occupied room with other guests.
