Room Mate Collection Alba, Madrid

I loved the breakfast. All the stuff was very friendly and polite, ready to help you with everything. The hotel is located in the heart of the city where you can explore all the centre of Madrid.

The staff are the heart and soul of this hotel. They are above and beyond kind, always willing to talk and give good recommendations. The hotel and rooms are well equipped and comfortable. This will be my go to hotel for my trips to Madrid.

Nothing!

Perfect location! Altough it’s in the city center, it is very quite. The beds are very comfortable and the design of the room it’s very nice. The breakfast is delicios and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a loveky stay!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was comfy, quiet, and clean.

Nothing!

Staff very helpful.Convenient position

Breakfast - milk was sitting out and not cold

Ideal location in Las Letras which a charming neighbourhood filled with great cafes and shops. Staff is warm and hospitable and accommodated a slightly earlier check in. Rooms are super clean and cozy. Wish there was a bathrobe but otherwise well appointed.

Beautiful room, en suite, and decor, fantastic location in the heart of the old town, friendly staff.

Foyer was dimly lit…but that’s such a minor thing!

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and room, great variety for breakfast, and so convenient and central for visiting sites, galleries, parks.

Absolutely nothing!

My room was stunning - a master class in interior design! It was spacious, as was the bathroom. I appreciated the ability to connect my phone to the TV so that I could watch YouTube on a large screen. Other positives included the helpful staff and ideal location.

It was impossible to darken the room fully as the curtains didn’t block out the light. I know that’s not an issue for everyone but it’s a bugbear for me. I could hear people walking past and talking at night. Happily there were no very noisy guests when I stayed!

Location great and in a very attractive part of the city. Only a few mins walk from the centre.

Corridors in hotel dimly lit and lots of water bottles on the floor

The location, breakfast and shower pressure were excellent.

The room was on the smaller side, but it is well organized.

This is lovely stylish hotel with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast and in a superb location.

The staff was superb! The location is great!

The lobby’s furniture was old… needs to be updated.

The staff and facilities were wonderful. Everyone was gracious, attentive, and helpful and the room exceeded our expectations.

Big, quiet room in crowded area, king size bad, big bathroom. Excellent location nearby famous museums.

Sometimes, breakfast might be better and during January sometimes were cold at restaurant because its nearby main hotel entrance

Exceptional location and everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast was also lovingly prepared and tasty.

The room was described as having a balcony with city views, and the balcony was the main reason I chose it. Upon arrival, I was informed that the balcony was subject to availability, and I did not receive one. I raised this issue with reception, but I did not receive any meaningful attention or even a simple apology. I was also told that the description would be corrected on the booking platform; however, as of today, the room type I booked is still described exactly the same as before.

Perfect location, close to everything. Beautiful design. Clean and comfortable, good size room for two people

Nothing everything was great
