BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND THE SERVICE DURING BREAKFAST ALSO.I LIKED THE LOCATION VERY MUCH.MAID SERVICE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.

MORE HELP WITH THE LUGGAGE.ELEVATOR WAS SLOW.

The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The property is well located. Most people on Staff were very attentive.

Some evident wear and tear. Shower drain overflowed all over the bathroom and sept into the room. Previous water damage was evident on doorways. Mini fridge was not cooling.

Tiny room for the price, comparable hotels around the area have larger rooms (I chose this one to try a different option, but does not compare to others), no space to open a large suitcase, tiny bathroom with no space for toiletries. Fixed breakfast, OK for one night but not for a long stay. Room seemed worn, walls had a lot of marks on them (I guess from luggage), which seemed like upkeeping is lacking. Shower lights were very dim and shower floor also had a lot of marks. The lobby/reception is not really a lobby, more of a desk with a clerk. Almost seems like a B&B rather than a hotel. I could do with all of this for a lower price, but not for the rate I payed, having more options that I already know are better nearby.

the shower and the basin were in separate section which was inconvenient and the floor was not clean— i could see the water stain on the marble floor.the tv remote control didn’t work.i also wanted to ask for extra towels but there were no information on where to call for housekeeping or the reception, so I had to come down to receptio desk to ask for the towels.

The location is excellent and very conveniently close to restaurants, shopping and attractions!!

Check in is ALWAYS SOOO SLOW and only 1 staff member for all!Payed Euros 340 for a standard room with my husband and bed arrangement came with 2 separate beds!

The air conditioning was not adjustable; it got too cold in the room.

Location is what I like most, and the service is very good.

This is my third stay, and unfortunately, this time, the room I was assigned had a foul odor, like dirty feet. The shower also collected water. I would still stay again, I would just ask to change rooms next time. This time I was only there for a few hours.

Breskfast was fine.The staff at breakfast - and other meals - are not very good. They do not know what pleasant service and hospitality is. Most madrileño waiters know, these don’t. Maybe they can learn, that depends on the direction of the hotel.

Something unexpected happened: the electricity disappeared Monday 29. Of April.I was alone, I was hungry, and asked for something to eat. My card did not work and I had no cash. They said Sorry, can’t help you. I could hardly believe it. Went back after some time, having walked the streets to find the Norwegian Embassy, which was closed, and a young girl in the reception offers me some ham from a bag under the counter. ( Her own?) That saved me. I went to bed at nine in the evening, still pretty hungry, but at least a bit relieved, thanks to the gesture from that girl, wish I had her name.Conclusion: Very badly handled situation from the direction of the hotel.

A hotel needs constant care — not necessarily major investment, but ongoing attention. Water-damaged wood in the bathroom, a broken bench in the room, dirty walls… these things add up and hurt the guest experience. And for a 4-star? It’s simply not acceptable.

perfect stay, big bedroom, located two steps to colon and serrano. nice staff. bedrooms have AC and good bathroom, very big for europe average.

Persistent mould smell in room, common parts were not always very clean.

It was very cold, there were no disposable slippers, the shower door was leaking, and the wardrobe was not conveniently located.
