Room was very clean & comfortable and the staff were very friendly & helpful

The toilet was separate to the shower but there was no sink in the room with the toilet

Great breakfast. Location was ideal for seeing the city, close to major attractions and transport links.

Roof terrace was shut.

The hotel was in a great location in the very Centre of Madrid. The room was clean and had all the amenities and facilities needed. The breakfast buffet was super great with so much variety of items. The staff were super friendly. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come again in my next visit to Madrid.

Location, cleanliness, room size, and luggage hold were all excellent.

We were told that the room stays warm so we must open the windows. However, despite the windows being open and our sray in the peak of winter, sadly the room were too hot at times. A fan would've helped. We also came during the hotel's renovation so the terrace was inaccessible. Saving that for the next visit.

Really great location and good value for money! The staff checking us in and out were also super lovely and helpful. :)

Only issue we had was getting a phone call to our room at 1am from the reception accusing us of playing music loudly (I’m guessing a room nearby had complained and said it was us). I was actually asleep so it woke me up, my partner was the one who answered the phone but all we were doing is watching tv at a very normal volume so this confused us a bit. Also put me a bit on edge for the rest of the night worrying that someone was going to knock on our door. It would’ve made sense for a member of staff to come upstairs and check for themselves who was playing music before accusing the wrong room, this has never happened to us before!

The location was a short walk away from Gran Via, public transportation restaurants and shopping.The room was a great size, it was clean, spacious and modern.

Elevator was small but it wasn't an issue at all.

Unfortunately, the noise insulation in the rooms is not good enough. I hope they find a solution to fix it.

The bed was super-comfortable and the whole hotel was very clean.

Too much furniture in the room, especially on the was to the bathroom and the rounded nightstands have got to go. Everything falls off

Great location, attentive staff, comfortable bed and nice variety of pillows.

The hotel itself is very stylish, as are the rooms. The location is perfect to walk around Madrid, and close to public transport too. The staff was always super helpful and kind. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, extremely clean and great facilities

We took an upgrade they offered which was for a mini-suite and early checkin. The room was quite large with a nice view of the square/plaza in front of the hotel. The shower was an entire small enclosed area so no water was on the floor outside, and had a good wand and overhead. Front desk staff were responsive and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a big selection.

Walls were a bit thin, common in Spain in our experience. A few times we heard sounds from the next room or the hall. It was not a problem but noisy neighbors could be more annoying. Rooftop bar was closed for renovations (a temporary issue) and the one an a nearby partner hotel opens late and closes early but is potentially available when open.

The fact that the bathroom was split in half was extremely gross and uncomfortable. The toilet was separate than the sink and the shower. Me and my husband found it extremely annoying!

Great location. Central but also quiet location. Just a few walks to Grand Via so everything is within a walking distance. Don’t forget to explore the Right side of the Hotel. There is Starbucks, Restaurant and bars. Some nice boutiques to shop and pastries and cookies shop. This side is quiet and less busy than the Gran via side. The friendly and helpful stuff . Good breakfast. On the 25th ( Christmas day) we had special additions to the normal breakfast. ( sparkling wein and churros) Our Room was cleaned every day. Since I had made a special request to have a Twin bed room, it was specious compared to a standard double bed room.

Just a thought for the future. Consider doing a Renovation or make over of the corridors.

Lovely hotel in a good area . Within walking distance to centre , restaurant s and museums.

Location is amazing

Unfortunately, my room had one window facing a wall in the courtyard so pretty dark - no views or natural light..
