Pros +

I chose this hotel because I needed an airport shuttle, Both their web site and Pricelines's websit said it did...It was a lie...This small hostel had no pretext of having any kind of guest van. Luckily, the taxi fare from the airport is 30 euros.
comfortable rooms, really friendly staff, superb central location.

Cons -

The lie about the airport shuttle. The pull chain Victorian toilet, the floor with two large steps to the bathroom & front door & the windowed balcony door with shades drawn & the storm shutters rolled down because the AC condensener occupied the balcony.
possibly a bit of mold in the showers, and it's a little hard to find. there's a "hotel santo domingo" nearby so I got confused!
