the balcony is a bit dated and dirty and next door neighbours can be very loud if they have a party on the balcony

The location was perfect, central location in the heart of the city. Walkable to everywhere

The staff was not friendly, the room was outdated, cracks, and curtain dusty (did not look like the pictures). Requested water and they told us they did not offer it. Not what I expected from a 4 star establishment.

Location was great. Style detail was fun and unique. Rooftop bar was excellent.

Did not get room type booked. Staff not very friendly or attentive. Had to wait long times at reception dozens or times and service at rooftop bar was slow and inconsistent.

The service was awesome. Very helpful and informative with every question that we wod come up. They even helped me getting tickets to my soccer game.

The room had basically no view. That was the only thing.

Awesome location on gran via. Central to everything and easily accessible on the main road. Reception Staff were helpful and efficient. Spotless clean room with modern design.

Rates were higher than normal but that’s due to the some events happening in the city.

Food and breakfast variety is so beautiful. Everyday I was waiting the next morning

There is no place area to sit and relax other than the bed.

We stayed at this hotel before Christmas. After visiting Salamanca for 3 days we returned until after New Year and were assigned the exact same room, thank you to the hotel reception. The location is right on Gran Via, minutes away from the shopping area, walking distance to all main sites. The room was spacious, clean, so was the bathroom. Breakfast was a real treat, lots of choices. The staff was nice though I had a little problem with the hostess at the breakfast room. We were two people, one early bird the other not so. Since the breakfast was paid for I took coffee and a little sandwich to the room for 2 days until I was scolded and told I could not take the sandwich to avoid food hazard in case the ham in the sandwich goes bad!!!!! I did not intend to keep it for days rather eat when the other party woke up. Anyway minor hiccup. Apart from that great experience, if available I'd stay at this hotel again.

Central location. A few minutes walk from the metro. Good size room. Nice bathroom. Great selection of breakfast options. We had an internal (no view) room so it was quiet. Would've liked a room with a view but that may have been noisy given the volume of traffic on the Gran Via at all hours.

The only minor complaint was the confusing light switches. On the first night we just pulled the room card out to turn off all the lights. Eventually figured it out :-)
