    • Great location and a quiet room(no noise from outside). The room looked nice and was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an adults only hotel:)
    • Wifi had a problem and then it was slow. In the booking it said Jr. Suite with Balcony and No Balcony
    • It was our first time in Madrid, and we couldn't have chosen a better location with a friendly staff and super clean and nice room with a great bed. You will be right in the middle of the city in a safe location walking distance from everything. We had to taxi to the museums, but it was only ten euros and to be honest you can walk the entire city one side to the other in two days. We stayed four days, and it was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel the room was slightly small with no fridge but great locale.

    Cons -

    • The safe box was located above closet door making difficult to use with out standing on something. The shower leaks water into the bathroom, the shower door doesn't close tight at the bottom. No English cable channels.
    • Breakfast is medium. It had the basic, but not so good. They have ONLY one elevator.
    • no small fridge in room?

    no small fridge in room?

Very central location and very attentive service.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the downside was that I couldn't switch the air conditioner to cooling. The hotel uses a central AC system, and since it's winter, only heating or fan mode were available.

Great location, very clean. Reception staff very kind and helpful.

The best things about the accomodation are the desk staff, who were extremely helpful, and the location. Using the metro to get around was a breeze. It fulfilled its function as a base to see the sites.

The room lighting and configuration are odd. There is a couch, but no light near it. To see the television, you have to be on the bed or sitting at the one chair at the table. The bathroom glass doors are also off putting. OK for couples, but otherwise might be awkward. Only one caffinated pod and one decaf pod was provided. If you want more, you have to ask and it is delivered to your room immediately.

The property is in a fantastic location with easy access to the metro and La Gran Via. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection of food, teas and coffee. Beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned well. The morning receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was very cramped and the overall facilities for a supposed four star hotel were poor. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with two capsules per day provided. There was no kettle or fridge in the room. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed during showering and the internet wasn’t working for part of our stay. Overall for the price paid and the star rating the hotel was disappointing.

Very clean, friendly staff specially Maria at the reception. It is smaller than I had envisioned but yet located nicely close to several places we wanted to visit.

Small room and no windows to open. Breakfast area is small if hotel is booked like the time we visit, however the team were great and worked hard.

Internet was easy to set up. The king-sized bed was comfortable. Location was really great. No view, but restaurants were right next door and up and down the street. This hotel was very quiet despite the noise from the outside. We really enjoyed the breakfast too.

There were 3-4 steps in front of the hotel that made getting the luggage inside more difficult. The lighting in front of the mirror in the bathroom was poor.

The hotel was very well located. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was a bit small. The bathroom has a painted glass door, which is not a problem so much with privacy (because it's painted and not facing the main room). However, the light turns on automatically when you open the door, so if you get up to go to the bathroom at night, the light shines through to the room. If you're traveling with someone who is a light sleeper, this is not really ideal.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel location is excellent and central for walking everywhere. The staff is kind and attentive to any need or problem, many thanks to Maria.

    Location and cleaness

They do not have water and ice for guests

    9AvigailPosted on: 7-7-2025

Perfect location, couldn't hear any noise coming from the street and the bed is super comfy. Extra points for the best shower ever.

If I need to be nitpicky then the mirror light made buzzing noises when turned on, but it wasn't such a big deal.

    7CaitlynPosted on: 6-21-2025

The location was terrific, the hotel nicely decorated, the beds comfortable, the front desk people were very friendly and very helpful.

There's virtually no lobby; the rooms are very small; the main bathroom door is glass so you have no privacy, the safe is so high on the wall you need to stand on a chair to reach it (and we are tall!) and it's overall very expensive for the value.

    10CharmanePosted on: 6-21-2025

It was close to everything. Very convenient. Comfortable rooms. Clean! Most importantly, the staff gave a warm welcome and impeccable service.

Nothing. It was perfect for us!

    5TobyPosted on: 5-5-2025

The location was great. The staff moved our party to the same floor after one night. The staff were fantastic.

    1. Collusion between Booking.com and the hotel to misrepresent itself as the hotel I wanted to book by making the name really similar and the search function on Booking.com only delivering this hotel. 2.Taking the money before I arrived and realised I had booked the wrong hotel. 3. Overpricing the rooms - the size and facilities didn’t warrant the price charged but would have been fair for the hotel I wanted to book. The hotel owners don’t deserve the staff they have.

Staff is super nice especially Maria very helpful. Place is clean enough, super close to everything so you can walk to anywhere + metro station is just close by.Perfect location!!!

    Nice breakfast; excellent location.

Would have appreciated warning of neighborhood marathon-related need to walk a bit to find a taxi.

I had a group of clients here and from their comments, I understand that everything was quite good. The location is superb and the staff were very helpful and professional.
