Beautiful hotel and the staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was quite nice also.

The bed was to short and the pillows very soft

Breakfast was extra for an expensive stay but Hotel was beautiful in every other way.

I loved the vintage look of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. I included breakfast during my stay. It was excellent with many choices for everyone.

Amazing building that make you feel staying in a palace. Very dedicated, attentive and helpful staff who attends to your needs.

Situation was perfect for my business meeting place, but is a bit off-hand for tourists.

An elegant small hotel near Chamartin train station. Beautifully decorated. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, easygoing, no disruptions, will definitely come back.

The hotel could do with a bit of an update, but otherwise the stay was really nice.

Room was very nice very clean, breakfast was good, drinks at the hotel were very reasonability price. Staff were lovely & helped us phone the airport when my husbands case didn't arrived, they arranged to have it delivered to the hotel :). They also advised us how to get to the centre of Madrid by bus which cost us 1.50 euro instead of 25 Euro by Taxi.

Very overpriced! Very old hotel ! Not available billboy to curry bags.. menu in Spanish ! Nobody speak English ! In room was very bad smell , we opened windows .. nothing around the hotel , only supermarket opposite

The front desk it’s absolutely perfect when the owner is there. The restaurant and the bar are perfect at night time. The rest of the day and especially in the morning I would say so and so regarding the front desk.

Noisy at night - poor sound insulation in the rooms. Selfishly, I also found that most staff didn't speak English which made service in the bar/restaurant complicated for non Spanish speakers.

Very nice and responsive staff. Very good breakfast - enjoyed the cheese and the orange fresh.

Not exactly comfortable shower kit holders in the bathrooms - the small shower gel and shampoo sliding off

The location is super convenient to getting to and from the airport by metro. And whilst not in the centre of the city there are great restaurants and a huge supermarket opposite the hotel

Hotel was really well located, just in front from the Metro station. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

I would only recommend to update a little bit the room, the style is really old fashioned.

Good location for the Bernabeu if you’re going to a Real Madrid game. Nice period feel to the hotel. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Receptionist when I arrived in the morning was friendly and efficient and she gave a very good first impression

Room service was a disaster (took nearly an hour and 3 phone calls to deliver fried eggs and chips) and one of the receptionists (male) was not very helpful. Water pressure is poor, so the shower isn’t great.
