The location was fantastic. Very close to metro. Staff was very helpful. They even stored my luggage after check out.

Overall, we were very satisfied with all accommodations. The hotel is in a great location with lots to see and do and within walking distance.

Location is a big plus...close to eating outlets/ shopping and Metro

Perfect location in Madrid, close to the metro and a main square, from where you can visit multiple sightseeings by walk or metro.

We had requested a quiet room at the back of the property which we got. The room had a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave and the receptionist said on arrival that they would provide us with plates, cutlery, etc. should we need it. The bed was very big and very comfortable. The location was very central to all attractions. Plenty of restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Very easy to get to by metro from the airport.

If there already is a kitchen, why not equip it with some basics, etc. a couple of plates, bowels, cutlery, drying up towel and some washing up liquid. A couple of hooks by the entrance door to hang up coats would be useful. A curtain to cover the unsightly boiler in the room would make it much more attractive.

Great location. Madrid is expensive and we researched and found the room a great size. Finally a comfortable bed albeit two large singles put together. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Impressive and would go back.

Staff very helpful and room large enough to have a 3rd bed added. Our room had a small basic kitchen with microwave, no dishes, cups or cutlery, had to request.

The location the stuff the stuff the reception very good very clean room my stay was very comfortable. I will visit again. The Wi-Fi very good with air condition and elevator.

I liked the location – you can easily stroll to the Royal Palace within 10 minutes, and it’s very close to the well-known Grand Vie street. The room was spacious and clean, offering great value for the money. The reception desk was also very helpful, kindly storing our luggage before check-in and arranging a taxi for us at check-out. The beds were also very comfortable.The family room had two fridges (one for the minibar), a stove, and a microwave, and lots of cupboards

There were no utensils. it would have been nice to have some cutleries provided at least.

For this kind of price and standard, we should expect at least a bit of extra things bailable in the room such as boiler and heating possibility to have a coffee or tea. On my last day, there wasn’t any hot water to take shower. I had to leave the hotel without being able to have a shower. It was really disappointing.

I liked the bedroom, it was big with a king size bed. The receptionist woman (short haircut) was so kind to us, she's loveable.
