Shower head wasn't working properly. No water, coffee, etc in the room.

I like the way how the stuff treated me they are so kindly

The location is not good far from the metro station and far from everything

The staff was attentive and very helpful when I asked for assistance.

Perhaps the location. Atocha to the hotel, and the hotel to the airport were both over 30€ via taxi, which seems like a lot. I will still choose this hotel again for the quality.

It was a newly built property with all basic necessities

Everything was excellent — the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was quiet, modern, and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed how smooth and relaxing our stay was. Truly a great experience.

The only downside was that the location felt a bit far from the main attractions, even though the metro access was convenient.

During the morning there was to much noise entering the room from the cleaning and other guests. The rooms should be better sound-insulated

We stayed with a cosmos tour group and got a great room on the sixth floor with a coffee machine, bottled water and a working security safe. We then returned 3 nights later after a trip south. Our room was on the 4th floor and faces the main freeway into Madrid. Also no coffee machine, safe didn't work an we were given one bottle of water for 2 guests. When I asked if we could use from the fridge ,they replied you have to pay for it . Finally got to sleep at midnight but woke up at 6am due to traffic noise on the freeway.

Not a great location second time around. Long walk to nearest shops. Make sure you book on a high floor facing the rear of the building.

This hotel is very close to Madrid airport and was the perfect place to stay overnight before heading north. We needed the GPS to find it, as there are lots of interlacing highways in the area, but the road it is on was fairly quiet and we weren’t disturbed by road noise. The front desk and restaurant staff were all helpful and a pleasure to deal with, and the bar was a very civilised place to relax after being in transit for 30 hours. The hotel room was as expected and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Good food.

No coffee, no tea, no electric kettle in the room. It was 40 degree outside. Air condition for the night was a must. But with temperature set at 24 I was freezing during the night. And there were only 2 bed sheets available. Reception no more accessible by phone after 10pm.

The service by the bar attendant Julio was exceptional, he demonstrated genuine interest to serve us and he went beyond our expectations

The Lobby attendance is terrible, especially a young woman who did not want to help us with any of our requests. Her partner, a young man, was unhelpful either, but the worst attitude was from the young woman

rooms were clean and bed and linen were also very clean and well managed . size of the room was a little small . breakfast was average . Electric outlet were not functioning and after complain also could not be corrected due lack of personnel .

A fantastic warm welcome from Piotr on Reception, who was charming, efficient and generous, with an upgraded room because he spotted it had been my birthday. First-class rooms; a very decent restaurant; welcome drinks; a good night's sleep. What more can anyone ask of a hotel - just great!

It's fundamentally an airport hotel - you wouldn't want to spend weeks in that part of town. But all super-efficient and friendly - it was a great stay

Decent size room and bathroom, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Location was too far away from the city. Taking the metro eats up an hour each way every time. Uber eats up 30 minutes. Np hotel shuttle so it is an added expense.

Lovely, bright clean hotel with really nice staff. Great evening meal and really good breakfast. Only 10 minute walk to metro an 5 minute taxi to IFEMA. Would definitely return.

- Gave us the wrong room - they did move us when I showed my booking confirmation.- There are tea bags but no kettle!!! How pointless is that?- Absolutely nothing nice in the area. Only reason to stay here is if you’re going to the airport.- No water in the bathroom when we got up - reception already knew about the problem when we called so I don’t know how long it was off.- One bathrobe for 2 people.
