Very helpful front desk staff. Good location. Clean bathroom. Comfortable beds. Even the maid in the hallway was kind as she guided us in the right direction when we had a little trouble finding our room.

The elevators were very small & quite a tight fit with three people. It was difficult to program the television to speak in English, but that was a common issue for us while traveling in Spain (as should be expected).

I liked everything about the hotel. The breakfast was small not a lot of choices, but plenty of places to go near by. The staff was great also, and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay, that I even stayed a extra night.

The location is near metro station so you don't need to walk farther to catch the tram, staffs are nice and good breakfast

They don't have complementary water in the room

The room was very clean! The hotel is right next to the entrance of Estrecho metro station, which is convenient to get around the city. The staff answered all the questions I had.

We were in room 127, and the mattress in this room needs to be looked at because it made an annoying sound every time you moved in the bed. It sounded like a marble rolling on the floor. The room was also quite small for the price you pay. You are not able to adjust the temperature of the room yourself; you have to call the front desk to have them raise or lower the temperature.

I liked that there was a receptionist available 24 hours a day. The staff were professional. The hotel is near the entrance to the Estrecho metro station. They also stored our luggage after check-out. The room was quite clean.

The room wasn't soundproof so you could hear people talking in the hallway quite easily. You can't change the temperature of the room yourself as you need to call the front desk to do it.

We liked the attention and hospitality of the staff. We appreciated our breakfast. The location is reasonably convenient, near metro station. Having quick access to public transportation was important. The room was clean.

We missed a small refrigerator perhaps. But we have accept some trade-off.

Breakfast was the weakest continental I have ever seen. and bed was like I slept on rock.

Perfect for my needs: affordable place to stay in a quiet room.

A bit farther from the city center than I’d prefer.

Well located, near a metro station, grocery shops, restaurants, and not far from downtown.

The room's walls were dirty (see pictures attached), the shower cabin's door was broken which made it impossible to close it while showring.

I arrived very early, like 7am and even though my check-in be only 2pm, they Let me access the room, I know that's depends if the room is available or not, but in my espefic case it worked, that was amazing because we were very exhausted

Breakfast could have more options.

Localization is great, near metros and public transportation! Staff is friendly and helpful, it´s a good choice for the price

The breakfast is simple but good overall

Big rooms and very clean. Hotel looks very well overall. Luggage deposit we used in the last day was a great bonus we appreciate. Not so hot outside to test Air Conditioning, but it was available.

That's a little far away from city center, but on the other hand is very close to Metro station. Don't know about breakfast, we did not ordered.

The room was clean and all the toiletries were provided in addition to a shower mat, and the bed was comfortable enough.

It was noisy during the night. The breakfast doesn't provide a lot of choice and the coffee is from a self service coffee machine.

Hotel was very clean, the room was decorated nicely. There were several extras in the bathroom such as comb, toothbrushes and a shaving kit.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Our room was changed for our second night

Great location: close to nice local restaurants and 30 seconds to the metro station.The room faced the backyard, so it was a quit night sleep.

The facilities (especially shower doors) need to be updated

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Few meters from the metro station. Near supermarkets. Close for a ride sharing to and from the airport.
