Excellent Location, very helpful staff at the front desk and a room much bigger than average in this Price class. We definitely got our money^`s worth.

Beautiful modern studio with all required facilities. Perfect central location. Clean and very well managed with the digital check in and check out. Cool feature to have the key on the phone app.

Very loud neighborhood and the TV turned on every day at 6am waking us up very suddenly.

The entry code did not work at once. Then someone saw my code, so I requested a new one. Then my new code didn't work as it should have. I don't like it when people in the street can just see which code you're typing. Some protective viewing cover would be indispensable, imo.

Spaciousness and location. This property is definitely spacious for what you get in a conventional hotel in Madrid. The self-check in is really easy and also they have fast responsive time when you call them or chat them through WhatsApp. There was a slight issue with the early check-in but they sorted it out in a couple of minutes. Would stay here again and recommend it.

Only thing was that the bathroom sometimes stink and the shower drain cover was broken.

Centrale position to visit the city The reception was really good and efficient, we communicated via WhatsApp and they answered timely to all our needs.Good light from the room (we were 3rd floor).

Pubs and clubs close to the building could bring noise during the night (the structure provides earplugs)The daily price was too high for room furniture and layout (bathroom is part of the room with walls made in matt glass)

I will return without hesitation during my next stay in Madrid!

Everybody should be aware they have virtual reception. Nobody is helping you with check in, no place to leave your luggage, only few lockers that are usually full because the number of rooms are much higher than the lockers available. If you arrive earlier than 3 pm, than you have to wait like a stupid person with your luggage in the lobby. I paid early check-in and received message that it is not available. After I started to ask many questions on the chat, guess what, 2 rooms were available to check in but the whole mess took us 2 hours to solve. So we spend 2 hours in the lobby instead of visiting the city.

The location is perfect

The bed sheet had so dirty spots, the toilet lights were flickering. Also the idea of stair in the middle of the apartment maybe not suitable for some people. The neighborhood is noisy at the night if you have light sleep you may wake up several times.
