The breakfast was extensive and delicious and the room had light blocking shutters

A really great experience. Despite the small room (around 12 m²), the smart design made it feel surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was generous and offered a nice multicultural selection. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The only downside was the bed — it was not firmly attached to the main frame, and because it had wheels, it tended to move during the night when I shifted in my sleep. This sometimes woke me up.

Good location, just opposite of the Railway station. Room very clean modern, and quite big for a standard room. A small kitchen with washing machine is very convenient, dining area is cozy. Bed is comfortable. Swimming pool is very nice

Gym should offer space for stretching, at least a small Sauna should be available! Much more needed than a changing room as the clients do have rooms

Location, furniture and staff

The location was fabulous! The breakfast buffet fulfilled every culinary desire. WiFi signal was strong and reliable. Although the the hotel was centrally located the rooms were quiet. The amenities provided were 5 star quality. The shower was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I travel frequently to Madrid, Regina hotel is so far one the best hotels I have stayed.Very central and easy access to anywhere you may need either Grand via and sole or Serrano and other side of the city.Very clean and comfortable. The staff are super nice and welcoming.Definitely will back there.

The soundproof of the doors the room is very bad. I could hear everything who was passing through my room during the night. I had a very bad sleep.

We experienced prompt, professional, friendly service - the arrival went very smoothly. The room was spotless, great bed, excellent shower, pleasant view, very good location, super breakfast. We would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Regina. We’ll be back.

It was one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was very quiet at night, the bed and pillows comfortable and it was possible to adjust the room temperature to a perfect level.The breakfast was excellent. The staff were lovely, helpful and kind.

The bathroom didn’t appear to be cleaned properly when I first arrived (small stain and hair). But they sent someone up to clean it once more the second I asked them to. Also the walls are paper thin so unfortunately I could hear everything happening outside my room from construction to people loading and unloading suitcases, it woke me up a couple of times. Plus the hotel is quite pricey for a 4 star hotel. Truly though these are minor things, I still think the hotel was absolutely lovely and I loved staying in it.
