A good, spacious room, which was clean and comfortable.
quick check in, clean, comfortable, good location

It's proximity to the subway (metro) is very good. The hotel common areas were clean and nice. The room was extremely quiet.
The location was amazing and the hotel staff were very friendly!
Very nice luxury hotel near metro, shops and restaurants. Very clean, staff very friendly.
Clean, quiet, good location and friendly staff
Heating was a bit of a problem
Very well designed, with warming colours and very comfortable beds and comfy inside the rooms
No bathroom robes, no one-use slippers, no iron inside the room, small reception and the attached restaurant isn't the same as having one of the hotel
Location is great .. public transport around the corner .. central to a number of destinations yet calm and quiet .. above the level of luxury is very good
Nothing to complain from
We loved the spacious room and comfortable bed. We had to call the staff twice as we could not figure out the TV remote and shower fixture. The staff was up in seconds to help us out. They were so kind and attentive. The metro was just outside the hotel door which made getting around a breeze.
We had a great stay and have no complaints.
The hotel is excellent in every way, but Cuatro Caminoes isn’t a very interesting neighborhood.
The location isn’t the best. Maybe better for business travelers rather than tourists
Clean modern room with friendly staff just a few meters from the metro.
Great brand new rooms specially the family suite. Attentive staff. Immaculate clean rooms.
It doesn’t a gym, pool nor a bar.
Insanely wide choice of food at breakfast, very clean, super friendly staff and room is nice and big
Very Clean very comfortable room , renovated hotel
Would prefer to have a full door in bathroom
