Misleading Amenities, Unacceptable Comfort?Disappointing Stay. There was no working AC. Hotel refused to provide extra accommodation such as fans and instead advised to open windows.

Location was great...close to most things. If that's your desire, than this hotel is in a fabulous place for touring Madrid.

The room we were placed in was susceptible to outside noise. We often heard things throughout the evening. Some of the hotel staff could use some customer service training. Some were really good while others not so much.

Rooms were spacious. Beds comfortable.

Too cold then too hot when air system was changed. Street noise outside our windows was a problem. People gathered and talked in loud echoes all night long! Price was high for value received.

The hotel was very clean. Its location meant that many of Madrid’s highlights were a short walk away, and Madrid’s excellent metro system is very close by to allow further a field travel.

Very centrally located hotel. The room was clean and good comfort. Very friendly staff.

The staff was great, very hospitable and friendly!

The toilets are located on -1 floor and there where not enough signage to lead you to them.

Bathroom was a bit tired ( crack in shower) and water pressure poor.Gym could have better and more equipment.

Excellent location. Small to medium size hotel , nice feel to it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms and communal areas are clean and well maintained. Breakfast very good, lots of options.

Our only complaint is the room was far too warm and made sleeping very difficult, A/c impossible to regulate to a cool temperature

The selection and quality of breakfast was excellent other than another and more efficient toaster is required.

We were very disappointed that the bar was closed on both of our evenings, we did make use of the mini bar but the experience is not the same The bathroom appeared a little dated, although the shower was efficient

Had everything needed for a comfortable stay.Excellent location.Quiet street.Close to a variety of food options.

I would have preferred a shower instead of a tub.

We were helped to check in for our return flights.

Room 506 - extractor fan in bathroom did not work despite twice asking for repair, although we were shown how to completely switch off the heating that did not seem to work, the hand shower in the bath did not produce sufficient power

Location, spacious bathroom and beautiful lobby. Stayed for 2 x nights.

Excellent location - about 50metres to SOL station. About 100metres to Gran via. Loads of shops within 50-100metres. Nearby shops were Very colourful during Christmas period.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable.
