Nice retro decor hotel. Very good location and friendly staff.

Very noisy room. The bathroom has a pocket door that doesnt really close shut. The pullows were a bit hard.

Great breakfast, lots of options, good service. Good maid, good front desk, good people. Location is amazing in top district for restaurants and shopping. Room is small but has everything you need.

3rd stay- love this hotel. Great location, charming decor, wonderful breakfast.

First floor was a bit noisy even with the new doors; would be nice to have water replaced daily; robe to go with slippers would be nice

nice shower, size of room,refrigerator, TV, nice complimentary toiletries, early check in. the staff found out it was my birthday and gave me a card and small treats! Liked the location overall to museums and parks. breakfast was good. u could order hot eggs. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Very friendly staff.

This is my third time going to Madrid and staying in this hotel - absolutely love it! Perfect location right in the center of Salamanca and walking distance to most attractions as well as a step away from Parque del Retiro. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is also extremely attentive and welcoming. Will keep coming back!

Reception Staff was not nice. Room lacks maintenance. A/C did not worked in the room.

The staff was amazing, gave me a nice room not noisy ( since last time I complained about the noise) .

The room we got was 414, very odd in shape and small with views to walls, like the back side. Overall I think the price was very high to what we got.

The location was good and the staff we excellent.

The room was not up to expectation, and the service lacked a few things. No coffee on the second day , no slippers or house coats. This was especially evident during the winter cold.

3rd time I stay here. I lile the value for the money paid and the location is the best! Shower and bathroom are also very good.

I needed a room service one night and they didn’t heve it.Also booked the highest rate room, but I think the superior double is better.

Our Room on Jorge Juan street was noisy late at night and early in the morning due to the restaurant's customers, and loud by passers. This is no fault of the hotel. Any other time the room was amazing.

We ordered the room for families but ended up reserving 2 rooms instead. This would have been okay if the rooms were right next to each other, which they weren’t. We ended up having our 2 kids (14 and 10) stay in their own room on the same floor as of but it was very nerve racking and caused a lot of anxiety. For the money we paid for the rooms, would have wanted them to do more in support of keeping us together. Was really disappointed.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location is great.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room of unknown origin, the shower door didn’t close completely, and the water in the shower wasn’t hot enough on one of the days.

Lovely boutique hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, clean, nice rooms. Everything was great. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.
