New furniture, new towels (holes),

location WAS GOOD.

We were given handicaped room. There was no coffee maker and no iron and ironing board. Rooms were small.

The staff that checked me into the hotel was fantastic! She was the best, with loads of information, great smile and really nice.

The Air conditioning was not cold enough and it was hard to make it get colder. Actually they need to update the system to having a thermostat instead of a separate control for air.

Great location. Traditional hotel but beautifully maintained. Door man was exceptional

I left my suitcases in the storage room and they were stolen. The hotel took no responsibility whatsoever.

I liked everything. The recepcionists!!! Comcierges, A plus. Welcoming people!!! Bellmen were amazing....food was delicious...servers...rooms, housekeepers were great!! Location!!! I will be there next year!!!

This is not applicable to my amazing experience at Wellington Hotel and Spa in Madrid!!!

We stayed for 15 minutes. As soon as we arrived to the room my husband started experiencing breathing difficulties.

The carpet was very dirty and the hotel in general didn’t smell well. My husband had an asthma attack. We explained to the hotel that we had to leave due to a medical condition and they did not want to refund the night. We did not spend the night. We check in, went to the room and my husband fell ill. We came down right away.

I really liked the comfort, security, aesthetic appeal and location.

I was very satisfied with everything.

Clean and close to an upscale area

All the hotel staff were extremely polite and willing to help us!

The double bed and the sofa bed for the kids were very uncomfortable!

Amazing Breakfast (patisserie is one of the best) and great, helpful staff. Location is also great, close to parque del retiro and great restaurants and shopping area. Very comfortable rooms

Swimming pool area could be improved .

Air conditioning far too cold in the public areas.I got unwell with the cold.

The location is great. Our family of 4 (including kids 7 and 9) also loved the pool and breakfast. However, we had booked a family room with king bed and pool-out couch for the kids. When we got to our room, we found a king bed and a single twin bed. We called down to reception to ask where the other kid should sleep. They then moved us to a suite, which they claimed was an upgrade, but it was 2 twin beds for the adults and then they brought in cots for the kids. I expected more from a nice hotel when we paid for a specific room.

The rooms were very good, and most important for me quiet! No noise from outside or inside the building. I also loved how fast everyone and everything was, from the parking, luggage to room to the room service. Very good customer service! Not typical for Spain.

The common areas are a little worn down. Nothing major, but you can see the hotel is not new
