Great location in walking distance to Prado Museum, Royal Palace, Puerata del Sol. Modern, well equipped shower with a rainfall and handhled shower heads

The room is very small, it is literally PETIT palace.

Location is great and really clean and nice staff

Yes they didn't tell us that there's a bycicele event on our last night and we couldn't get a taxi to pick us to the airport and left the night before and went to another hotel

Some noise due to party goers outside the hotel. Desk in front of the TV made difficult to work with the laptop. An extra chair would have been helpful.

Location is great It is clean Great for the money

Room was a little bit small , but with enormous bathroom .We have bad experience on check in our room was after 13.30 , nevertheless we informed in front we come around 12 tired from long traveling from North America. I get official feedback that is not hotel policy to adjust, if you are lucky and room is ready , you can check in earlier - if not you will wait. Also they give me the “nice” suggestion if I want to check in early around 12 , I need to book also the previous night.

Nobody tells you about the payment of breakfast.The price for one person is 18 euro!!! So without knowing they charge us 108 euro for 2 people for 3 days for very cheap and bad breakfast. Thiefs!

Location! I have stayed here quite a few times and staff is very accomplishing.

The small rooms and literally matchboxes. Extremely small. But the bathroom is very comfortable. The inside view rooms when you open the window smell a bit .

Location, location, location! Everything was walking distance from the hotel. They always had coffee, tea and fruit infused water in the lobby. Every afternoon they would set out a plate of pastries for everyone. Daily breakfast spread was great.

I had to ask them everyday to reset my card key. For some reason it wasnt working.

Everything was going good with the property until we checked our belongings and found no money on it, my husband had around 40.000-50.000 yen, not even in euros, from tax free. And also when we wanted to look for our massage gun, it also disappeared, and the only answer we got was “you need to use the safe box” so you can imagine how mad we left the place. Not booking with them again.

Wonderful hotel with extremely helpful.staff, especially Maria behind the desk who recommended excellent restaurants.and helped us find them. The breakfast was outstanding!

It would have been nice to have ceramic cups in our rooms for a cup of tea or coffee, as a hot drink doesn't taste as good in a paper cup.

Lovely clean hotel, large room and en-suite with everything you’ll need. Excellent location close to Gran Via and Sol. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by.

Marta at reception was very helpful and friendly and we were able to recheck in our passport and info before arriving. The location is perfect and far enough away from gran via street to not be too noisy.
