Very clean. Beautiful modern shower bath facilities. Room darling curtains very dark, slept well. Hotel very quiet. Great location. Staff very helpful.

I did get breakfast once and it was not very good so ate breakfast out of hotel. Other than that everything was very good

No curtains, giant spot light right outside the window, bright as day in the room all night! No Kleenex. Hard bathroom tissue . Glass shower in the middle of the room a little wierd.

Our room was small but was quiet and very clean. The location is right on the centre perfect to visit the old town.

Nice location in the heart of Madrid, Barrio de las Letras, near Plaza St.Ana and Teatro EspañolOne of the best places in Madrid, just 10 min by walk to Prado Museum, or 5 min to Puerta del SolHotel is dedicated to famous movie "Talk to Her" by Pedro Almodovar. Alicia is the name of one of the main characters and dancing studio from the movie now is one of the rooms in the hotel.Breakfasts are good, Wi-Fi is OK.

Very good location and great value for the money. The staff at the reception were great, very polite and welcoming. Very romantic district with lots of nice restaurants around. Very close to the main landmarks.

Very small and dark room. It’s facing the interior courtyard and somehow there was no air even with window open all the time. It was too warm during the night although we slept uncovered.

The location was perfect for restaurants, bars and reaching all the tourist attractions.

There was quite a lot of noise at night, lorries and mechanical work. My wife heard nothing and slept very well.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be damaged. Additionally, the bathtub's plug was non-functional, rendering it unusable.My credit card was charged for services not rendered without prior notification. Despite multiple assurances of a refund, the promised reimbursement has not been processed, so if you can don't give them your credit card information.

The hotel is very conveniently located within the Barrio de las letras, which is a perfect base to visit cultural landmarks and conveniently located to the centre without being in a noisy area. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and even helped us order a taxi on the last day.

Breakfast could have done with more fresh fruit options but it was ok.

location is fabulous. walking distance to almost everything - shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions etc. It's just difficult for uber/bolt to access because of the narrow streets. when I left, there was a strike or something so it took me like more than 30 minutes to get out to the main road. but nevertheless I would recommend this hotel. I've been staying here since the first time I visit madrid and I don't see myself staying in any other hotel.

Maybe they could improve on the breakfast option. Also, if they could provide a proper ironing board, not like the small foldable one.
