The room was outdated, shower head and it?s panel was broken, the noise from below restaurants and street constant, 24/7 loud music. After booking 3hrs, the price dropped again, no refund.The area touristic and had open terrace restaurants,noisy and dirty

Hotel description said "Elegant, renovated interiors". I suspect, this must have been written in the 90s since the interiors have clearly not been renovated since then. Old worn laminate flooring throughout, very outdated everything.

Location was perfect to walk to where you wanted to reach. Had many options of bars and restaurants to pick from. Clean rooms every day if wanted and the staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was amazing and the workers were on point and made sure everything was available for you while to eat.

Close to all the events and heritage buildings. Great walking zone and restaurants.

The hotel was very well located. Once we got there we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel staff was extremely nice, and they gave us some good recommendations. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was good.

The WiFi connection was unstable and arriving to the hotel using the Booking.com reserved car was not possible due to road closures. We ended up walking the final half-mile with the luggage to get there

Location is excellent. Walk out the lobby, walk about 50 feet and you're at the Plaza del Sol. The hotel has a restaurant next door that has excellent food and a flamenco tablao. The rooms are very nice, the air conditioning works great, the room temperature was awesome. The TV, however, was not a smart TV and only had basic cable channels, mostly local.

Super central location. Room size was good for the 3 of us. With the balcony doors shut it wasn’t very noisy. Cute hotel.

The location was centrally located to all the sites we wanted to visit while in Madrid.

The staff members were moderately helpful but didn't seem to go beyond the basics. Our shower head and room refrigerator were broken and when i asked them to be fixed they were not. The room had no amenenities such as tea kettle, coffee or toiletries. The main lobby had areas of disrepair and the breakfast was in an unventilated basement with no attendant and dirty dishes still remaining on the tables.

Location as well as the restaurant that’s right next to it. It’s a great location easy to get to everything from there.

If you are sensitive to noise this is not the place for you. The balcony rooms are facing the street with bars and night life so very loud.

Absolutely the worst for sleeping, partying and loud music, political protests til 5 am and then sanitation and deliveries start! No easy access for charging devices.

We were in a triple room with 3 single beds, as requested, and room size was very good and comfortable

The area is very busy at night and the room had a balcony on the street, so even though with doors closed it was muted, noise kept on till early hours of the morning

The staff was friendly, gave directions to stores and restaurants and agreed to mail my postcards for me.

The staff was very nice. other than that, I would not stay at this hotel ever again. Nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to madrid.

The rooms were not what you have pictured on your website. Very Dark, very small. I could also hear everything inside of that hotel so I didn't sleep well at all. It was over priced for what i was provided.
