Everything from the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to the location and cleanliness was beyond exceptional. I think I may have found my go to Hotel in Madrid.

I was without Wi-fi on my laptop for a few days but was still able to have it on my phone, the front desk tried to help as much as possible but that was my only issue.

Location

No staff when I arrived at 4pm, I got a room by the 2 elevators. She wouldn¿t give me another after I expressed concern ab the noise, the AC didn¿t work properly either nor the shower. I did not get my wake up call as requested @6am and the soap dispens

The location was very good. I could get anywhere I wanted to very easily in Madrid.

Only the restrooms were a small issue. Soap was from a dispenser and there really wasn't shampoo but the restroom was spacious. Overall, the room was fine. It would've been nice to have more outlets but it worked out for me to charge my phone.

The staff was very helpful and really ok. The location pretty good although because works on the street it was not easily accesible.

The hotel is in great need of a remodelling. The walls were stained. The bed was making a lot of noise. The furniture was 20 years old.

Excellent location. For a small European hotel, the room was quite large. Very nice staff.

It's quite a lovely hotel, but I wouldn't exactly rate it a 4-star. Maybe 3 1/2 or 3 stars.

Great hotel. Location is close to everything. 7 minutes walking from the airport bus. Tasty breakfasts. Great stuff.

Location and staff

It should not have been rated 4 stars and so in my opinion is ovetpriced

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The room size was also quite good and comfortable overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The double bed was created by pushing two single beds together, and this was unfortunately very uncomfortable. The beds kept sliding apart even with the slightest movement, which made it difficult to sleep properly. It would really help if the hotel could find a solution to secure the beds when they combine two singles into a double, as it feels like you might fall into the gap in between.We also experienced a WiFi connection issue on the first day. Although it was resolved the next day after we spoke with the staff, we were not offered any alternative solution in the meantime.

Since we couldn't control the temp in our room we were encouraged to open the window, but the street noise was loud on a Saturday night. The next day, they accommodated our request to move to a room on the interior courtyard - much quieter.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would like to share a few suggestions that might further enhance the guest experience.For breakfast, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of cheeses, along with the addition of an egg station and some hot options such as potatoes. We also noticed that most of the meat and cold cuts offered were pork; considering that many in-house guests were Egyptian Muslims, offering more suitable alternatives could be greatly appreciated.Additionally, adding more English-language TV channels, such as news and music channels, would be a nice enhancement for international guests.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, specially Nour from the restaurant, rooms are spacious and clean.Definitely I’ll come back with my family
