We’ve been staying here for almost 3 years in a row, this time we booked two dates and we asked for help to storage our luggage between dates and the charged us something around €80 euros

Best Location to stay in Madrid. All restaurants nearby. Fancy and non fancy restuarants.

There was no air — the window was broken and the AC was turned off. It was very stuffy, we couldn’t sleep at night and all they gave us in return was 3 water bottles.

They gave us a terrible room. The rooms are old. Too much noise in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

More English options on the Television would have been nice but I understand it can be tough to get English channels in Spain.

Outdated, no aircon in the rooms. It is deceiving that they say they have but when you walk into the room, the air conditioner wasn’t available because of the season. Their solution was to give me a free standing portable fan. Shower was in very bad condition. Paint chipping away from the shower. They did nothing to make my stay pleasant. Never again will i stay there

The air conditioner was not working well. The room was kind of hot and the bathroom was not well cleaned.

The Terrace was unsafe for children, the water drainage from the shower, didn’t work. Staff were unpolite. There was no coffee in the room. The curtains didn’t work really well and a lot of light came through from early morning. There were five blinking lights on all night in the room that you couldn’t turn off.

I choose it because my last time there was really good for the price however it’s noted that use came after the furniture and stuff were overused. The worst thing were the towels smell… they were stinky to like condiments and food. So disgusting.

It needs to have a refurbishment on ailes as they seem a bit old and dirty- and reception as well. And cleaning ladies more careful with hairs on the sheets of the bed. Urge to put a gym as well

My cousin and I stayed here on our first trip to Madrid! It was awesome, the rooms were clean, we booked the twin room so each of us got out own beds. There was ample storage space and the bathroom was large and very clean. The hotel is situated in a very walkable and accessible part of Madrid, perfect for if you're looking to not be in the heart of the action of the tourist hot spots but close enough that it's an affordable Uber ride or nice walk. The neighbourhood is safe and clean, near many restaurants, stores, fast food places, and bars!

Our only complaint was how flat the pillows were. Otherwise everything is great!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent dining and shopping nearby. My room was small, but had everything I needed.

For people who want to take public transportation, the location is a little far from major transit hubs. Taxis are plentiful, though, and I don’t mind walking, so this wasn’t a big issue for me.

Location is the only thing that gives value for the hotel, otherwise should cost much less, the breakfast was satisfactory, has it had basic products but nothing to complain or praiseThe staff was always very nice and cordial, definitely the high point of the stay. The rooms are horrible, the bathroom with zero privacy, no toilet brush in the bathroom. beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the 4-Star RatingWe recently stayed at this hotel and were quite disappointed with our experience. While the location is excellent, the state of the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The rooms, lobby, elevators, and common spaces are all very old and outdated. In particular, the bathroom ceiling in our room was wet and peeling, which was very off-putting. Overall, the hotel feels more like a 3-star establishment rather than the 4 stars it claims. Despite the great location, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless some serious renovations are undertaken.
