The lobby flowers were dead for 2 days ☹️
The breakfast was amazing. Honestly made the experience even better. Beautiful room and safe clean area. Loved waking up, having breakfast and slowly starting our day. So relaxing.
Nothing really, I booked late so the price was higher than it was supposed to be. But if I can do it again, I’d still book here.
Location is perfect if you want to explore Salamanca. Breakfast was really good.
In a couple of years the hotel will require renovation.

Location was the best.
There was a gas smell which would come and go. Also our room was facing buildings/rooms requiring some paint attention.
The location, the breakfast and the size of the room.
Cleaning of the room could be better.
Location, nice breakfast, friendly staff
Air conditioning
Great location, excellent breakfast.
Only available as half board, would have preferred breakfast only

Amazing location, comfortable bed and room.
On the check-out, the staff member was not friendly, I asked if we could check out later and he seemed bothered by my request. Otherwise the other people were nice and professional.
