Nice location, not far from Gran Via, very close to the metro station. Good restaurants in the neiborghood, Moderne, clean room.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The bed was really good and ensured a restful night’s sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location is great. Room is clean. I have not tried the breakfast. ~€15 is a bit high and I can get to Starbuck with less 10 min to get my breakfast.

Taking shower will spray water everywhere. Again! the house keeping will fix issue anyway and I am from us and I don't how the European handle the shower,

I didn’t like the scent that they use, I understand that they want the hotel to smell nice, but it was to much for me. It was noisy, I could hear the elevator everytime it was in use. No complimentary coffee or tea or a water. The breakfast was nit great either. The hotel is nice, nothing really bad about it, however, I expected more from four star hotel.

Location is decent, close to the metro. Rooms are smaller than they look in the picture.

There was no one to help with the luggage. We had to take all our Bags ( which included heavy suitcases) Up the stairs for ONE FLOOR. then there was a lift. This is something you’d expect even in a basic 3 star hotel. Also there was constant repairs going on right beside our rooms leading to ? noises the whole time. Not a good stay unfortunately.

The location was very central, surrounded by great food, bars, and cafes. The area was very walkable, and the hotel was also very close to metro stations and bus stops. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

It was a bit noisy at night, and we wished that there was a water kettle and a mini fridge in the room. But other than that we had a great stay! :)

Location is excellent, 1/2 block to metro and many restaurants and cafes near. Room size was very good.

Very good place to stay in Madrid, rather close to city center, you can walk in 20 minutes to Park El Retiro, 15 min to Gran Via street, 25 min to Plaza Major. Very close to Chueca area and Mercado San Antón (10 min) and Mercado Barceló (5 min). Many good places to eat or to have coffee or tapas around. The room was very clean, it was warm (for winter time its very important). Bathroom was great!I didn't have breakfast so can't say about it, but I've asked for plate, glass for wine and ice at the bar - it was fine!

As I was alone it seemed hotel provided me smaller room (with smaller bed) then it was booked (Double or Twin Room), it was OK for me, but for two person bed can be not comfortable because of bed width.

Excellent service and location. Very good hotel for city break holidays. Breakfast is very good with variety of food. Rooms are big with all facilities. Street is quiet so there is no noise during day or night. Location is perfect for walking to city center, grab metro or grab Uber/Bolt.

Proximity to the metro was great.

Male staffs at the front desk was very kind. However, the female staff with blond curly long hair was rather cold and blunt when she answered questions about amenities at the hotel. She shouldn't be working in hospitality industry.

Customer service is almost not existent. We arrived few hours earlier of check in time, and despite the room being available, in order to do early check in, we had to pay the full night rate. Moreover we were told we should consider ourselves lucky, because normally the rate is much higher. I would understand charging a supplement, however charging an extra night for few hours is ludicrous.
